This literally happened to me. My friend and I used to always talk about how we're missing out on girls during their most fertile years. I had waifus and complained about tfw no gf. Then dysphoria hit me like a truck one day (completely out of nowhere) and I ended up transitioning a year later. Now I'm the gf. At least my bf's been amazing so far.
I hate my life.

I've been on hrt for 2 months now. I'm on 10/mg estradiol im injection a week and 25mg cypro a day. My nipples have become more sensitive, i've gotten buds under my nipples, and i do seem to have a little more fat around my chest than before, but never have my breasts/buds hurt. Like they're sensitive and if i hit them theyll hurt but I hear girls saying their breasts hurt spontaneously and mine dont. is this normal?

If you accept that the brain of a gynephilic FTM might be highly similar to the brain of a straight cis man exposed to estrogen for a lengthy period of time, does that also mean that the brain of an androphilic FTM might be highly similar to the brain of a gay cis man exposed to estrogen for a lengthy period of time for similar reasons? re. androphilic trans men and gay cis men, this is something we'd have to empirically test, in that it could possibly go either way -- though given that there are differences between gynephilic mtf and straight cis male brains that *aren't* sexually dimorphic, i don't think they would turn out identical. to flip the question around, would gay trans men and gay cis men having identical brains after controlling for adult hormone exposure prove the 'sexuality-neutral innate gender identity' hypothesis, and if so how would it do so?
