I'm not actually depressed I'm just transitioning like emotionally and mentally. Actually in the long run this is going to be really good for me. Can you believe that I'm just now taking care of parts of me that I've denied for over 15 years?

Ama Alari! !!! I feel as if the heaviness that was in my throat chakra was lifted. Dare I say it feels easier to breathe. Interesting Lee enough I didn't use a spread. I was actually looking at some Teal Swan videos about the subject. Then my emotions just kind of came out.
I told the emotions that I was experiencing, "I am completely here with you now."
My emotions got stronger. So then I asked her, " what are you feeling?" I wrote that down.
Then I asked, " when was the first time that you experience this exact emotion?" "When was the last time I felt this exact emotion."
Then I began to make a connections to how that feeling maybe react in very different situations and I continued to document that. And that's all I could do cuz it was so intense and I just got really tired. I spent 4 to 6 hours just completely tired. God and the angels where listening to me, as it began to storm heavily. It seems to be a motif that every time I make a decision or do something that's going to help me in the long run it always seems to storm. Then it's summer and it's hurricane season over here. Sadly when you're mostly your shadow self outwardly, you're much farther from that work than you could ever normally be.

Shadow work demands a degree of compassion towards the self, which is mirrored unto others. It's very depressing when I see someone so lost in their own darkness they try to form connections by dragging others into it with them. Because in the end no connection is made, and another person gets hurt without much progress in learning or healing made on either end.

That anon literally needs someone to love him through his abuse up until the point he's reached, then he's on his own again because no more work can come from that dynamic of energies.

He just needs to be pulled free of his darkness enough to see what he's doing form an empathetic point of view. He even defensively lashed out against the empathy picture, an instant sign of his present condition.

Sometimes being able to read energies can be... Disturbing, because you feel like a sun in the midst of darkness, because of how little others there are radiating their love to others or being honest with others.

I remember back in 2014 when I was in the thick of 'enlightement', the realization of how alone I was in my present energetic configuration was so overwhelmingly crushing with despair and hopelessness for humanity. How can you heal something that doesn't want to be healed, and doesn't even know it needs to be healed or wants to be healed?

It's rough work, so the best I can do is offer some 'knowledge' (or 'opinions' in this line of work) as to their present configuration and what direction they need to take to facilitate natural internal healing.

Healers aren't the one's doing the healing, they just incite your own system to heal its self.
