I have tachycardia, not from an eating problem though, from drugs in the past. Screwed the electrical system up a bit, its not really threatening or anything, just beats a little faster than usual.

As for eating disorder, no. I mean I don't always eat 3 meals a day sure, but I not really a disorder, I mostly just eat random shit I find around the house.

Well, the heart thing isn't going to heal. Only way its gonna heal is to get it shocked back into rhythm and even then that might be dangerous and do nothing.

The pain wise, its really not all that much, mostly like a tinge of pain here and there, sometimes it doesn't do it for an hour or two, other times it does it 3-4 times in 5 minutes. Its really not all that big of a deal. Doesn't really bother me when it does, annoying sure, but not all that painful, I've had much worse, like tearing an ACL.

The eye thing, I had some sinus issues last week or two, that just got inflamed and stuffed up, and I just woke up, so they're still kind of droggy and that burning, go back to sleep feeling.

Okay. I had to meditate on this for a few minutes. This was difficult for me. The first thing that popped out to me was not the presence of two majors in the spread, but how strong the vibe I was getting from the Swords suit was.

Part of my problem I think is that I don't get enough exercise as I used to, mostly just because I rarely have time to get in a proper workout anymore. If anything that worries me happens though I usually just go to the doctor. The problem with the US and most insurance though is that if your blood is fine, they won't do CT Scans and stuff. For instance, when I first went over some of my issues, the white cell count in my body was completely fine as were all the nutrients/minerals/etc. so the insurance turned down a CT Scan, which doesn't particular make sense, but America. Had to settle for X-rays which came back just fine.

If something serious happens though, usually your body will show it so you can get the appropriate stuff and the insurance has to cave. I try to keep my body working these days at least, unlike when I was 16 and just did whatever.

Lite to moderate exercise is enough to keep IBS under control. A big thing about keeping colitis under control is exercise, too, which I'm sure you probably know. I had a flare up of colitis while I was in Canada last year. Got in to a doctor in 15 minutes and they had me out within 2 hours (they usually try to hold me for a day in the US). Lucky. I think the last CT Scan I had nearly two years ago was like $3k or so. Usually, I pee and poop just fine though. Sometimes poop is a little watery or diarrhea, but usually I'm fine and can hold stuff with no problem.

I get the vision of a garden, one patch of it has a small red flower in bloom. The other part is in the process of having its dirt pulled up by a bulldozer. Weird one but bear with me, I see a round object and multi coloured layers. The second layer down in a blue one, and has a strange ressonance coming from it. Weird one here so please bear with me. I see a man with a burlap sack over his head spreading a pair of six large black wings and swooping down onto something below. I see a book open to the chapter before the last, The ending left unspoiled, a glimmer of the readers smile and anticipation for what lies ahead, as well as appreciation for what has been done.. It's hard to tell if the story will end the way you want it to, but the journey there was worth the read. It's like the tone of something with effort and hope in it. LIke nearing the end of a 100+ hour rpg, or completeing an assignment that took hours, somethimes the final product good or bad isn't important it's the things we learn from the experience of it.

I'd say go for it, I can't relly say how it'll work out in the end, but the experience of it will be worth it regardless of the outcome.

Okay, here's the method I used.

1 box
Paper and pen
Something resembling your love for her (something she gave you, a photo, etc)
Ribbon/rope

Write on the piece of paper a hateful letter, let out all emotions into it. Example, mine was a description of how I killed them for leaving me. End it with something along the lines of "P.S. I enjoyed destroying this". Rip, burn, tear, etc whatever it is that you chose. Put both of these items in the box, seal it with ribbon and kiss it. Then you can either bury (if you plan to come back and one day sort through the emotions) or discard the box wholesale in whatever way you see fit.

Not the best way to deal with it, but it works. However it's gonna leave a nasty mark in your psyche be warned.

I get the vision of a watch slowly ticking until it builds up momentum and moves at a much faster pace. It appears to increase in almost an exponential way, and has a real "juggernaut" or "railgun" feeling to it, where the momentum becomes self propelling after a while, it just takes a little push to get it rolling slowly at first then before you know it, it's coming along at a nice pace.

I get the vision of a trepanation procedure. That old medical procedure where they'd knock or drill a hole into the skull to relieve pressure, or some other psuedo-medical reason. It's a little graphic to witness and actually a bit interesting to tell the truth. The subject of the trepanation is strapped to a chair and looks rather perturbed by the procedure, which in this case is being done by a drill. However once the drilling stops the patien wipes away the blood and stands up fresh and anew almost immediately after the harnesses on their chair are removed.

Betterment after a harsh treatment, may indicate a difficulty dealing or solution to an issue that appears to be more harmful than helpful at first but solves quite a bit in the grand scheme of things.

Almost a year ago I attempted astral projection. During this attempt I had blacked out and awoken to a "dream" where I was strapped to a big chair with a red see through cloth/vail placed over me and a black creature/demon (if you've seen the movie Constantine, Lucifer's son is the closest to a description I can give to how it looked. It was all black. Picture for reference) gnawing on my thumb/hand. The "dream" was honestly surreal. I at the time was completely convinced that something was feeding on me.
