The second vision was one of a scroll of arcane, letters and symbols incomprehensible. The cover is green, but yet I still see that the name of the book is one that speaks of arcane.

You may be enticed to cause something, or perhaps someone will try to catch your eye and perhaps cause some kind of rumors to spread or hell, just try to get you upset and fight with those you hold dear. You're not going to really do it, but still though, someone pale and white, unseen to you, will be doing something.

Everything around him swims, and I think I can smell some kind of a smell in the air. Something heavy, something... wrong. There is something, there's value in this room, but yet the man cannot help but to want to go outside and have some fresh air. Things are just too heavy for him, it seems.

What I could make from these two is that you're going to have some kind of a development, at least you're going to see a bit more money in your pockets, but it's going to come at some kind of a cost. This method works well enough for me, and it was one I was considering for this query. Anything spiritual or occult is something that I tend to use scrying for anyway. Tarot is for more mundane queries and endeavors. Also, are you Discord, by chance?

A patch of lavenders, growing somewhere along the lines of a mountain road. I see two women, one at first was of a radiant beauty; glowing milky white, dressed in clothing that would befit a priestess or a goddess, and she seems to be all too busy and concerned with these purple flowers. There is another woman though, she is more brute, and she likely does not see the beauty in this small patch of what the nature has grown.

She just crudely plucks one of the flowers, while the other is trying to plead with her, stop her, but she does not bring violence to the table. The beautiful one tries to show what wonders can be found from such mere and small things, but the adventurer doesn't care. She just grunts and walks away. The other one sighs, but she goes back to being cheerful, messing and playing with the flowers, but soon enough stopping. There's something up in the air. Darkness around. The woman being too carefree and playful, rushing into a meadow of fog and alluring lights.

I am not sure which of those are you, but either way I would suggest caution, especially if you see yourself being the more carefree and pure one. This kind of senseless joy and appreciation of things may be good, but you're losing the track of where you are, where you're going and whether there's something lurking in the shadows. What seems to be the strange part is the fact that he was ignoring the fact that he got a gift, or at least his efforts gave fruit, but it came in the form of a sapling. And this sapling, instead of planted elsewhere, it was growing far too close to the mother. It grows, sure, and it is quite a beautiful sight to behold nonetheless, but it's still in the shade of the older tree, and they will have to share the same ground for water and nutrients.

In the same one, I see someone standing with a knife. They seem to be only watching, and the knife was the reason as to why the worshiper has gotten himself to where he is, so close to the tree. Strange was to see behind his shoulder, and I am not sure how important this figure may be, allegory or not.

I tried to look more, and I see two runes; Tiwaz and then Gebo. They are placed in the circle of what seem to be other runes by an old man. He walks around, noting how far the circle has come, grimly deciding to commit the deed. He sits down and proceeds to chant, and I see energy and sparks all around; something is being summoned.

How to interpret this, hm. I'm wanting to give you the saying of ''an apple from a tree never goes too far'', paraphrasing and all, and in this case it's one that you should not follow. If you're going to get something out of this, at the very least try to put it elsewhere but where you're thinking, or at least too close to where you have gotten it from. It makes no sense while I type, and the second part is something I just can't even comprehend at all.

I'd say focus on what you truly love, but at the same time be logical; is it going to be able to sustain your persistent endeavors in this particular subject? Try not to get too sad or at least too caught up in thinking about this.
