But the romance path is just...it sucks. It shows you following your Wand and losing your head while following pure fantasy and not getting the girl in the end anyway.

When I was full on tfw no gf I forced myself to think about all the thoughts that made me sad about it until I cried and I cried and cried until I cried it all out and now I'm pretty cool as you can see.

The knitting allows you to keep going so you have a goal besides crying and it doesn't matter how much you cry because you can still keep on going.

I feel like crochet isn't as easy because you need to concentrate for it, with knitting you just start with something easy and cry a lot and as the crying goes down the intensity goes up and in the end you'll have some big cries but you'll be already at a high enough level of knitting where you can multi task it.
