For the "opportunity" card, I got The Moon. It could mean that there's a danger of failure or of making enemies.

Learning the meaning of the cards shouldn't really be a goal, first of all. Not in the sense of memorization anyway. Learn from interacting with them, and reading about the tarot in the sense of "story elements". Try and relate the ideas the cards represent to ideas you know from real experiences or from novels/stories and so on. They're all just aspects of life and the minds.

Be willing to experiment and try different styles of reading the cards. Check out how other readers read. Do some exchange readings maybe, that could help. How long have you been reading for?

Once you're really comfortable reading and feel like you know what you're doing, then you should go through and focus on your understanding of each card in the deck. But if you do it too soon, you'll just overwhelm yourself.

Get multiple decks, it really helps to understand the cards from different perspectives. Of course that can be difficult for some people, but I still feel like it's worth doing. Start with two, work up to to 3 and then maybe 4.
