Pink Guy edition

Google docs if you want to catch up: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GJe-slKOUvSIAExOgqn-5CFfPxViIw7n2zC-cBeFFJY/edit#

Some interesting theories from the last thread:

- the couple is sometimes screaming in the audio files. One anon suggested they're not screaming out of fear, they're screaming like apes communicating.
- there may be a connection to the Claridryl thing
>>
>>17472140
I personally believe all his projects are seperate, and ultimately have a message on modern society that he likes to tell in a fun way for others to explore.
>>
-dog infatuation
-loss of memory
-fire reoccuring theme
-suggested inability to leave(contained environment)

Uploaded a video of the Boomy the Cat game found in the archives. For those that can't get to the website themselves.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6q5XW1sLh64
>>
>>17472171
The baby got out though, which is why it was replaced with a doll. So maybe it's not as controlled as they think, and they refuse to leave just because they don't believe they're allowed to?
>>
What do the R numbers mean on the Lynks review pages?
>>
>>17472158
I'm seeing this too.
That said I'm convinced that Visitor Information is the exception. It has too many connections to This House to be a coincidence.

>FRYRD

This thing is fucking these cameras up good.
That ain't even the front yard.

Is it me or is the surveillance team getting fucking weird, too? Like they're contracting the disease.
>>
>>17472180
Yeah that's a solo video that didn't seem to carry a message with it, so unless it was just a random surreal comedy thing Alan made, I would wager it's relevant.

Baby crawled away but the mother also says in the audio that the girl is lost. I know its followed with her saying its about her books character but only after a complete change in demeanor.
>>
>>17472205
I get the sense they need to pretend they don't know what's going on. But then in other videos they're actually crazy.
>>
>>17472214
I personally think every time they lose it their memory is erased. They rehash so many scenes over and over. They lose track of time. Its like every time somethibg jarring happens they scream and someone hits a reset button.
>>
>>17472221
Their screams never fail to be unsettling either.
Some anon in the last thread compared it to monkeys. Gives me the fucking chills.
>>
>>17472145
whatever the hell this creature or person is, they must have made peace with it considering it's in the mirror in christmas tree video, just sitting there in plain site.
>>
>>17472224
10/10 actors in this thing
>>
So, in the X3 video
the wife says the character in her book died. Her husband asks "how many is that"
She says "12"

So is it that she's not reading the same book over or telling the same information, but that each book she reads ends up having a character who dies? Do all the books sold in their town have their main characters dying for some reason?
>>
>>17472227
I'm pretty sure it's not the guy from the x videos either. It has no hair.at all.
Subject X looks to be a patient who contracted particularly ugly side-effects of Lynks disease, similar to the symptoms Visitor Alan showed.
If the theory that Visitor Alan is in fact the sculptor from the video, it could very well be that Subject X, the sculptor, and Visitor Alan are all the same person.
I'm speculating here, but here's what it looks like happened.
>The sculptor has ended up in prison or at least feels guilty about a wrongdoing he's committed, either before, during, or after he ended up with Sam
>He and Sam break up on an ugly note
>shortly after this he ends up working for AB Surveillance, doing sculpting videos as a way to soothe Lynks disease patients who've been quarantined
>he ends up contracting the disease, and the video we see shows early mental symptoms (he ends up acting a bit like alantutorial because of this)
>at some point he escapes or just leaves, but hides out in a parking garage that may have a connection to Sam (though the illegible grafiti could be his own) and refuses to seek medical attention
>he gets someone to film an emergency video in case his condition gets to a point where he needs immediate help; by this time his symptoms move from mental to physical , and he's looking like shit
>at some point he ends up back at the AB Surveillance quarantine zone, either by force or on his own
>sneaks around houses and scares the shit out of the patients

Of course that's just my theory. I could be completely wrong. It's still possible that Visitor Alan isn't even connected.
>>
To anyone who hasnt done so already i suggest reading all of the lynks reviews.
>>
>>17472256
Agreed.
>>
>>17472227
It could just be a puppet used by one of the patients or even by the Host.

The host is mentioned in timelines, but has yet to appear on video (unless he turns out to be Subject X, in which case he wouldn't need a mannequin to be spooky as fuck).

Alright, here's the reversed string of the script, as you can see there's a lot of text, however pay attention to the "file" strings:
http://pastebin.com/ZGBKRpkU

Here's the strings isolated, they're in different order than listed, there's some graphical order to this, so bear that in mind, however they went to great lengths ordering the files and positoning them in this order, so i think we should follow this order.
http://pastebin.com/xuFfM9Bh

From top to bottom, top being the first reference on the script and bottom being the last.

Def. Read all the lynks reviews. It is super informative. Confirmed memory loss, physical immobilization, skin problem, etc.
Also there is something in the quotes and authors of the quotes tied with the dates. Im trying to put it together but i feel like im missing something. It may be the absolute lack of sleep but there is meaning behind the quotes and authors.
Also, all of the physical traits of the disease present in lupus. And remember the mention of south africa and clay? Powdered clay is used to treat lupus skin conditions AND comes from south africa.
Pic related.

No idea on the status of the baby. All that's known is it's gone. In one of the audio files, Subject 1 suggests somebody (female) has left/is missing. But they later act as if the doll is the real baby. So something mental is up here, whether they're pretending or they legit believe the doll is real.
>>
>>17472608
the baby is seen crawling in the backyard during the chaos, on other videos they show a baby doll, though there's no consensus on the timeline, at some point they either got a real baby, or the baby escaped and got replaced by a doll

>>
>>17472611

>>17472615
This could be Alan's magnum opus. The archives in that little DOS menu'll clue you in a bit more as to what's going on. Long story short it's looking like a very ugly-ass, unpredictable plague that's looking hard to contain. Elements of the supernatural seem to play a part as well.

>>17472618
There's also the possibility that AB took the baby at some point. Considering the disease, I'd imagine they'd keep a closer eye on the youngest victims, but of course that's if the people in charge weren't all mentally fucked by then.
>>
>>17472616
During FILE 67087 the man is talking about eating "crackers" with the woman. He's apparently outside and the woman inside.

At one point they say that hes covered in crackers and he proposes that before coming into the house he will bury them, then they argue about whether to use heavy machinery or shovels and having "the kids" do it. Suddenly the man pauses and asks her if she hears "that" and then mentions how amazing it is to have a baby "just lying there".

Idk, but the baby is def. outside at one point, then the man either killed the baby or the baby escaped.

Also FILE67264 fucked my shit up and caught me offguard. Dont listen with headphones

The baby crawled out of the house of its own accord. Whatever happened to it beyond that is a mystery. Could easily be dead. But I think the security team, if they're involved with this whole lynks shit, put the doll in the house to fool the family since their minds are so far gone.
>>
>>17472158
I think that's fair to say for the most part - but Unedited Footage of a Bear did include similarities to Alantutorial with the gun hand sign.
>>
>>17472642
I've been kinda listening to the files

They keep referencing the basement time and again, even the most random conversations somehow lead to the basement.

Something tells me that both the claridyn basement and this are connected, both have been involved with people "merging" with the floor.
>>
I've been lurking here lately and I've finally come out to ask one question: what the hell is the purpose of Boomy the Cat guy? I can't tell whether Alan created Boomy for some comic relief or to just fuck with us, but something about it just doesn't feel right.

Why is it important that he imitates a video game character, why is it relevant that he conveniently hung around by the one house where shit is going down, why does AB care about him enough to keep footage of him archived and designate him a "subject"? Ambiguous horror fucks me up so bad.

>>17472646
No doubt the doll was a decoy. According to one of the audio files one of the subjects were warned not to get to far out of the neighborhood or "they'll think you're trying to leave". That's when I entertained the possibility that the baby might've been taken for further testing. Then again crackerman was talking about the baby just lying outside, too. Hopefully he was referring to the doll.

Hello, My name is Jackson xxxxxxxx and I live in xxxxxxx, xx I am the biggest Boomy the Cat fan in my neighborhod or at school. I have seen all the TV episodes at least 3 times and I have seen the movies 10 times. As you can see, I am a seryous. I can sing the Boomy the Cat song from memory. My favorite color is blue, but I love Boomy so much I call it Boomy Blue.

I wanted to ask something because I cant bring it up to my family. Is Boomy real? I know he is a cartoon, but there has been several times I think I have seen him near or aound my house. Its hard to say cause he runs very fast, but there have been several times when I am pretty sure I aw him. We have a lot of deers in our backyard and I like to watch them, but recently it looks like something is chasing them around and I am pretty sure it is Boomy. I am really excited to find out.

So far:

>Anne/Tom emails madison I think regarding the pest control guy going to the garage because of probably racoons
>During an audio file, Anne is discussing blue curtains in the third floor.
>Secret room in the basement
>Anne mentioning that Tom needs to build his relationship with Madison because shes "getting used to having both Tom and Jackson in the house"

Lads, Anne and Tom recently moved in together, Jackson is Toms son, Madison is Annes daughter, the boomy guy lives inside the house, either in the hidden room in the basement or garage.

Not sure if it's been brought up before but I noticed that at 7:26 in the original video, they're yelling "help" not at the repair man, but specifically looking up at the surveillance camera. also I think Room X might be that weird room full of junk that we see the creepy bald dude in

Everything seems to be caused by the Lynks disease.

That's the only real concrete thing we have. Mostly everything else is speculation and there has been people here pushing their own theories as being correct or confirmed.

If you followed "Unedited footage of a bear" it seems to be more involved than that so hopefully it doesn't end like it did where the trail went dead and nothing else was found, if there was anything else to find.
>>
>>17472931
You know what...

It's clear that Anne and Tom recently moved in together, Jack refers to Anne by her name, not as "mom"
Everytime the screams happen, its female screams.
Anne keeps sending samples to her doctor to check for Lynks disease.

Tom is frequently outside the house, Anne never leaves the house.

I think I have an idea where we are right now:

Tom and Anne moved in together recently, Tom is immune/carries the disease, Anne tries her best to act normal but is afraid of getting the disease. Anne screams everytime the mannequin or boomy show up inside the house. She knows its related to the disease but cant escape/is afraid to, that's why she goes back to playing the "normal wife" after each call.
>>
>>17472953
UFoaB was 99% clear cut. Very little was truly without explanation. It's a commentary on addiction to store-bought drugs and the side effects they have.
>>
>>17472954
But then why does Tom also scream when he sees it? Thats the one source where we concretely know they were reacting to it.
>>
>>17472961
the only time we can hear both screaming tom is outside and anne inside the house.

A combination of the mannequin and Boomy is what causes it, and I STILL think based on all the data we have that boomy is secretly living inside the house, hidden.
>>
Subject 7 is nowhere mentioned in the logs, or am I just blind?

>>
>>17472955
I'm talking about the website that accompanied it that let you roam around the house. It never seemed to lead to anything else but it's possible that it may have something to do with this since there are limbs sticking out of the floor and walls in certain rooms on the claridryl much like the girl sinking through the floor.
>>
>>17472954
the entire family has Lynks. Touching your own face is a symptom. They've all been caught on camera touching their own faces awkwardly. Except Grandma and Dennis
>>
Have any of you seen Upstream Color?

In UC, a guy collected maggots from the soil of a plant that was secreting something strange. He fed people capsules with the maggots inside and when they'd ingest them, he'd have full control over their minds. There was another guy who would remove the maggots from their bodies and implant them into live pigs, which when they'd give birth to piglets (being born with the secretion in them from the maggots), the guy would toss them into the river -- leading to them dying and the secretion spreading out through the river and back into the soil/plants.

ANYWAY, I'm getting a vibe from the sculptor that's very similar to this movie. In the poem on his site he says he's a criminal, he's a river and that boats are his lawyers. It sounds to me, that if lynx really does turn you into clay, he's putting whatever causes it OR disposing of evidence in water. Whether that be a river or whatever. In the other sculptor vid found on YouTube, there's even a part where he specifically states that instead of "slick" or "slap", he just refers to water as water. So water, I would think, plays some kind of role in this. All of his sculptures are way over logged and liquified too. ...and the house eventually ends up on fire in the video. Is anyone talking about this?
>>

>>17473524

Even with Lynks desease, it's unfitting that you somehow phase through walls. This to me is symbolic for something, and when that started to happen with the girl, you heard the guys saying "Did she took too many pills?" and "She is just doing it for attention" i cannot think what "sinking into the ground" may be symbolic for, but it's just too weird to be just a symphtom of a desease

The sinking may be her final transition into clay, and once it starts it can't be stopped, definitely not just the disease, but this disease isn't exactly like anything else. It appears that since that video is earlier than the logs, she may have been the one of the first to show symptoms, so her symptoms may have been seen by her parents as acting out, like they mention

Interesting that the flashlight is coming from behind Subject X.
Still not convinced that this person is the same thing as Subject 10 (OP's pic). The strands of white hair and sickly demeanor suggests Visitor Alan to me.
>>
Alright, watching those x vids again, I got to thinking. He messed with the lawnmower and there was a vid about the lawnmower being stuck in the ground. But only slightly stuck? What if it's not the disease that made her sink into the ground? What if it was him? And yes, the obvious implications of that too. But again what if it's this thing making things sink?

>>17473886
Actually 3 = X.
>>
>>17473886
Clever, but I'm just calling him subject X because it sounded better than just x. The fact is these descriptions are nonexistent aside from a string of x's.

It's very strange that these videos are specifically x files when vids involving subject 10 aren't. It suggests to me that Mr X may be a character that AB solutions doesn't want a specific record of for whatever reason.
>>
>>17473881
Sinking into the ground just sticks out from other lynks disease symptoms. I also feel that the floor-sinking isn't a result of the disease. Same with subject 2's telekinesis.
>>
>>17473900
if anything, the fact that Mr. X has his own password-protected archive of logs along with a secret camera in Room X (literally X's room) says to me that he's the real subject AB is studying and the family is just incidental to their studies

Dry mouth, dizziness, double vision, reflexive memory, aggression, and fatigue.

Do not use if you suffer from high blood pressure or neurological dysfunction.

Call your doctor if you experience an inability to concentrate, stiff muscles, sores, or trouble walking.

Insomnia has been reported with Claridryl and some drugs like it, and in some cases, the insomnia can lead to stroke or death. Something something seizures, trouble swallowing.

"It's a test! It's just a test!"

"A challenge! I'm ready for it, are you?"

Then he starts praising his wife enthusiastically, hamming up "We're a family, no matter what anyone says! We love each other through grinding teeth! That's our strength! Our bond!"

"FEEL MY HANDS I'M ON FIRE!"

"We're gonna show them! Honey! Remember?"

"Get down here, we're waiting for you!" (to the daughter)

"--ruse we are playing! But we're punching and we're kicking!"

"--but a family--"

"--little engine, a DOUBLE-crossing engine, that let us build up the power and the strength and the will and the love to shatter the chains around us! To FLY, Madison!"

(when she's coming through) "Tell her you love her!"

(screaming)

(wow I could have copied the fucking captions)

Can anyone make anything of this? Not sure if it's delusion, but it definitely sounds out of place when it comes to something like this.
>>
Also I have two things

In one of the videos the mom and dad where talking about the grandmother and they where talking about a condition she had

Does she had LD or something else, because it seemed that no one else had it and it was bothering everyone else.

Secound, what was the mother trying to show the family. She called them all in the room and started to breathe really weird but when all the family left she stormed off saying "it won't work anymore!"

>(when she's coming through) "Tell her you love her!"
This makes it seem like he's telling madison to tell someone she loves them.

Possibly the ex wife?

>Lynks Special Abilities
>Go in depth to find out what qualities your body can have

What if AB isn't trying to cure/quarantine Lynks but is actually developing/testing Lynks as a way to give people superhuman powers, and the family is just one set of many failed guinea pigs? The telekinesis, teleportation, intangibility, and super-intelligence (Jack coding on 3 computers at once) seem directly connected to Lynks
>>
>>17474162
Nah, I'm almost positive she was talking to the husband.
>>
>>17474151
I think she was trying to show the family she could move the dog statue with her mind. You could see in one of the earlier logs the dog statue at night shaking a bit, and the description says shes in the room
>>
>>17474166
Seconded. She was straining Matilda style when she was trying to show the family.
>>
>>17474151
Which video did they talk about her condition? There's a possibility she was the one who brought it home based off 02163 where she comes home handcuffed

Mom might have been trying to show them the moving dog figure in 02114
>>
>>17474142
It's not captioned but you can hear them say "I love you Madison" before they scream when she falls through

I'm having trouble finding this one.

Claridryl is 100% connected.
>>
>>17474538
Well, that confirms that.
Fuck, could AB Solutions be a pharmaceutical company performing Claridryl experiments?
>>
>>17474538
>>17474560
How is it connected? The hole was there and interactable way before THHPII aired.
Sinking into the ground is pretty close though.
>>
>>17474560
someone did point out that live forever as you are now was created by alan and ben (AB)
its possible the 3 of them are connected to the same creators
>>
>>17474574
It's also a pun.
AB Solutions = Absolutions
Maybe implying that they're untouchable and without guilt?
>>
>>17474572
>>17474560
No, you're right. I misread the prior anon's post.

I still think they're connected.

Bear was all about experiencing the effects subjectively.
House is all about viewing the effects objectively
>>
>>17474592
That's what makes it scarier. In Bear, fucked up shit is happening, but it's all probably a huge metaphor and hallucination.
In House, shit is going down IN REAL LIFE and in their heads. There's tangible effects that an outsider could come in and watch and record.

All the answers are seriously in the timeline. We're going to have to flow chart this motherfucker.

Also, no one has mentioned

>Grandmother with small hands
>Jack with no hands ~2 weeks later
>Swat Team
>Front yard flooded

Front yard flooding makes sense if all those kids became clay, water would simply have no where to go. But that log is 4 days before the 31st.

Yeah. Im assuming that ufoab is the first test community of lynks/claridryl.
This is the 2nd and and more conplex version. Notice the similarities of the kids as well? Prerty sure theyre placing these families together as test subject groups.
Also, they say very briefly "i know youre allergic to water" which i didnt catch before.
Slick. Slap. Boat is my lawyer. Prison near the river.
Im assuming water is extremely relevent if not a direct cure for lynks.
Fire is reoccurring also.

Someone got a new thread running
>>
>>17474964
I posted nearly exactly the same thing about water and fire in the first thread and nobody cared to dig into it. My feeling is that water is bad and you can either catch Lynx from it, or water aggravates the Lynx. From the sculptors website and the shit he says on the show, I assume he's doing something with the local water supply.

The most promising lead on potential passwords is 'cumulus cloud' or just 'cumulus' on its own. The Sculptor did of course tell us to search for 'cumulus cloud' on this very website, and I'd take that as a deliberate suggestion.
