Subject X looks to be a patient who contracted particularly ugly side-effects of Lynks disease, similar to the symptoms Visitor Alan showed.
If the theory that Visitor Alan is in fact the sculptor from the video, it could very well be that Subject X, the sculptor, and Visitor Alan are all the same person.
I'm speculating here, but here's what it looks like happened.

Of course that's just my theory. I could be completely wrong. It's still possible that Visitor Alan isn't even connected.

In UC, a guy collected maggots from the soil of a plant that was secreting something strange. He fed people capsules with the maggots inside and when they'd ingest them, he'd have full control over their minds. There was another guy who would remove the maggots from their bodies and implant them into live pigs, which when they'd give birth to piglets (being born with the secretion in them from the maggots), the guy would toss them into the river -- leading to them dying and the secretion spreading out through the river and back into the soil/plants.

ANYWAY, I'm getting a vibe from the sculptor that's very similar to this movie. In the poem on his site he says he's a criminal, he's a river and that boats are his lawyers. It sounds to me, that if lynx really does turn you into clay, he's putting whatever causes it OR disposing of evidence in water. Whether that be a river or whatever. In the other sculptor vid found on YouTube, there's even a part where he specifically states that instead of "slick" or "slap", he just refers to water as water. So water, I would think, plays some kind of role in this. All of his sculptures are way over logged and liquified too. ...and the house eventually ends up on fire in the video. Even with Lynks desease, it's unfitting that you somehow phase through walls. This to me is symbolic for something, and when that started to happen with the girl, you heard the guys saying "Did she took too many pills?" and "She is just doing it for attention" i cannot think what "sinking into the ground" may be symbolic for, but it's just too weird to be just a symphtom of a desease

The sinking may be her final transition into clay, and once it starts it can't be stopped, definitely not just the disease, but this disease isn't exactly like anything else. It appears that since that video is earlier than the logs, she may have been the one of the first to show symptoms, so her symptoms may have been seen by her parents as acting out, like they mention
