Website has a lot of stuff on it
Logging in leads to a dos scree. So far I can only get into logs, some of which pop up videos in a new window of cam footage.

Archive needs a password, that I dont know yet.

Alan Resnick production (Guy that did unedited footage of a bear and alantutorial)

Seems to be video of security cam footage inside someones home. Security company seems to be keeping logs and watching the family.

The short on adult swim featured people getting ready for some sort of child's birthday party. Young girl lying face down on the floor. An elderly lady and a baby are in the living room and someone that might be a contractor doing something in the basement.

The girl seems to be stuck to the floor as no one can lift her Then everything goes to shit.

Also link is a website for the security company. ITs all written very weird and they don't actually seem to be selling anything.
You can use a password/username
>User
00437
>Password
bedsheets
To access. Inside is logs of footage, as well as a archive (that is locked with a password)

Sorry would give a more detailed description but busy working on the doc.

I very much appreciate it. I'm not terribly good with these kinds of puzzles, but I'll keep an eye on it, and at least help you bump the thread.
>>
Alright, you got my attention. I'm gonna' go over the front-end with a looking glass and see if anything turns up.

Someone might want to send that a mail.

These are some weird unapproved HTML5 standard tags, so I have no idea what this is.

Not to mention they are used in a peculiar manner.

Thus far it's all screaming of unprofessionalism more than anything, but we'll see what comes up.

Can we get a thread-wide public burner email?

As I work my way through the QA, I come to point 4 where things turn rather absurd.

What the fuck are they talking about in point 4?

http://absurveillancesolutions.com/faq.html

Beyond that, nothing weirder than average in the front-end to report.
>>
As I read on, I am starting to conclude that quite a bit of this text doesn't really make all that much sense:

>Whether you'd like to know something about something that's happening, or if there's something about something you would never want anyone to know--WE ARE YOUR COMPANY! Our mission is to simply increase (or decrease) awareness of things by any means necessary. What things you ask? Exactly.

What the fuck are they even talking about here?
>>
>>17470704
Just taking it at face value, they're saying that nothing will go on inside the house that they do not know about.
>>
>>17470715

How the hell are you taking:

>And if you happen to fall for other reasons don't worry -- we'll be watching! If you're still afraid of falling just type IM FALLING into you internet browsers sidekeys and that will let us know that you're afraid. For more info press backspace and step your mouse on "Quote quote quote".

...at face value?

Normally, adult cartoons (not porn) shown at night. But it's had a few weird mishaps before. I remember watching the tv when the rising sun was stuck on it for awhile, I didn't hear any screaming voices tho since I assumed the channel had froze I just switched to another show. I remember switching back a few times and it being "frozen" still but again no audio.

Can you do anything after you sign in? I thought it just brought you to the DOS page.
>>
>>17470743
Cartoon Network's late night block. They show cartoons aimed towards adults.

Every once in a while they show short films like this in the 4am timeslot.
>>
>>17470769

This is not a DOS page. It's a replica of a DOS window.

This is very strange, as based on my previous look into the styling of the page, it all seemed very amateurish. This is not that though.

Someone has gone to great lengths to make this look like some background DOS console.

You're free to try.
>>
Alan Resnick did a similar thing a while back with another fake website and everything. I remember you could click on a house on the site and slowly zoom in to the house, then explore the house while ominous ambient noise played. I remember that if you reach the basement you can see the corner of a person's face sticking out of the floor. It's very similar to how the girl's face is sticking halfway through the floor in This House Has People In It. Anyways, I don't remember the site so I have no idea if it's still around but I think it may be connected.
>>
The claridryl website point and click house thing had people/body parts sticking out of the house, so the two obviously have some sort of connection. Probably not done yet either.

My new brother in law or whatever is so weird. He keeps drawing these pictures of what he thinks is Boomy the cat and they look SO BAD. I'll have to take some pictures of them and show you. Also according to the timeline the teenage daughter felt her face 3 days after she was diagnosed with LD, also a few days before (maybe she got it from the cigarettes?)

So maybe all the people we were watching feeling their faces are already infected with LD. BTW you mentioned the sculptor going to jail and getting LD. On his website he mentions clay from prisons being the best-quality clay around. In the TXT archive grandma asks the sculptor guy what clay she should use. Is grandma the culprit who brought LD into the house by asking the sculptor?

The thing I'm wondering is if the daughter had Lynks did she overcome it? She can be seen in tape 00083 which takes place after the main video. But interestingly the baby seems to have been replaced by a doll which seems to further the idea that she survived going through the floor somehow.

As said some where in the thread the father is having a mental breakdown.

>>
>>17471324
Does the kid know what is happening? I thought first that the contractor might be working on destroying the cameras.
>>
What I don't get about lynks is that it has odd symptoms, but the host of Sculptors Clayground says on his website that you don't want to have it and that you already have it. He also suggests a lot of vague ways you can get it that seem to suggest its impossible not to catch. Also stating you'll never be 100% safe.

That is what gets me. What could it possibly be if it seems to have no clear symptoms and can be cured by one of the ways you catch it? It almost sounds like a riddle.
>>
How does Boomy tie up with all of this?

Interesting tidbits from the /co/ thread:

>AB surveillance solutions seems to be a control group for the study of Lynks disease, which is pretty fucking weird. The test subjects are the people in the titular house and the ab surveillance tapes show what I assume are the subjects exhibiting symptoms and other strange recordings by the surveillance cameras.
The x videos have no descriptions at all, but all three of them involve a decrepit character seen virtually nowhere else in the tapes who looks a lot like Alan from >>80772179, who himself made a point to say he suffered a serious medical condition.

>I have no idea how sinking through a floor is part of the grand scheme, or even if Lynks disease is even real in universe. Hell, it could be a reason given by AB to explain to the subjects why they're being watched.

>The subjects are too bizarre to be suffering from a particular disease, and their traits seem to be unique to the individual. In one tape for example, the son was coding his ass off on three laptops in the kitchen, while his "dad" tried pulling him away from them. The dad has clear problems with motor skills and shows signs of intense physical weakness at times.

>Only common sign I've seen so far is the face touching, but I'm not quite done with the vids yet.

According to the emails and whatnot, the dad is a stepdad. He's just moved in and the other kids are still getting used to him. Notice in the house you can see a bunch of the sculptors sculptures from the tv show lying around. What if the father is friends with the sculptor and is responsible for finding people to give the lynx to so they turn into clay? In the videos he's obviously losing his mind and it looks like he could be haunted by the ghosts of people he's done it to in the past.

I wonder if Alan has seen Upstream Color.
>>
Oh, now I see where the time travel idea comes from. Because all the short videos in the OP are dated way after the main video, but in the short ones the daughter is still there.

>>17471555
Actually it seems like Alan Resnik is combining all of his content into a shared universe.
I'm almost convinced that the sculptor is actually an older alantutorial considering his comments about being in a "personal prison" for years.

It's also possible that the visitor information guy (also named Alan, link below) is also the sculptor at a later date in advanced stages of Lynks disease. Note his girlfriend's graffiti has the name "Sam", and Alan looks almost exactly like the person in the x videos on the AB site.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsRNb7KepDA
>>
>>17471569
>I'm almost convinced that the sculptor is actually an older alantutorial
It's not Alantutorial. The dates wouldn't makes sense. Plus Alantutorial obviously has some form of mental problem/learning disability. Things like that just wouldn't go away.
>>
>>17471569
The similarities in his condition here and some of the pictures of symptoms of lynks are very convincing.
>>
>>17471578
Im not sure i agree. The sculptors site seems rather relative to the video.
>>
>>17471578
I'll give you that Visitor Info Alan seems very sane, but the sculptor has many similar speech patterns, has trouble naming things that grab his attention, and loses his train of thought in a very similar manor to alantutorial. The only real difference betwen the sculptor and alantutorial is the pitch of his voice and the fact that he's only slightly more stable, or at least better at hiding his instability. You got me on the dates, though.
>>
>>17471569
What gets me is why the cameraman is doing exactly fucking nothing to help Alan here.
>>
>>17471581
I'm not denying the sculptor has involvement or is canon. I just don't think he's Alan.

>>17471584
>has trouble naming things that grab his attention, and loses his train of thought
That's because his train of thought is on something else. He's obviously dealing with his ex Sam and letting his emotions ruin his train of thought.
>>
The dates seem irrelevant in the videos of the house so i dont see why theyre so important here.
>>
>>17471589
Visitor Info Alan had no issues, the video was to be sent out in the case that he developed a medical condition he cannot treat. So assumedly that Alan did develop this condition, and distributed the video. How he did that I have no idea.
>>
>>17471597
>I just don't think he's Alan.
and by this, I mean alantutorial
>>
>>17471597
>That's because his train of thought is on something else. He's obviously dealing with his ex Sam and letting his emotions ruin his train of thought.

It's possible, but his performance is far too similar for me to discount the possibility outright; I'll concede that it's less likely than I thought before, but I don't think I'll discard the idea just yet.

What's really weird is that it's even more fitting to buy that the sculptor and visitor Alan are the same person, despite the fact that visitor Alan has drastically different mannerisms to the other two.

Actually, here's a thought. Is there any possible connection between the group that kidnapped and imprisoned alantutorial and AB surveillance?
>>
this might be a shot in the dark but what if this all takes place in 1990s south africa dad doesnt say that they should going to sa he says 'cape town' so they could be in sa already it would make sense w the use of ' waarneming' and have ominous undertones w apartheid
>>
Could alantutorial have had lynx?

Side note: I kind of wish alantutorial isn't involved with this. That's all anybody ever wants to talk about when it comes to his work.
>>
>>17471602
>Visitor Info Alan had no issues

None that were debilitating, but it was clear that he was unwell when the vid was recorded. He already had what looked like weeping sores on his abdomen. The cameraman, again, is the most confusing part.

It isn't even proven that the guy Alan Resnick is playing is Alantutorial so you really shouldn't be worrying because I doubt it's him
>>
>>17471622
I was saying it seems to me that Alan didn't want help because he believed his current conditions were treatable by him in that sick area. He wanted the video recorded in case of a worsening condition, so i assume the cameraman was only there to record the video for him, and Alan didn't want his help.

The severe medical condition. The disconnection. The absolute lack of monetary knowledge($100,000/hr vs. The sellibg prices of his sculptures), etc.
I feel like there is a very valid connection if not a direct character overlap.

>>
I think the thing worth considering with these different characters played by Alan possibly being the same guy could have an explanation if we look to a different video. If you remember how Clairidryl seemed to have this dissociative affect on the woman in Unedited Footage of a Bear.

The more and more i delve into this them more confusing it becomes. Im pretty confident that the sculptor and sam murdered someone together and he took the fall for it. In the full video he refers to an action taking two people but eludes to only himself suffering the consequences. The clay form of a person that he is violently going at to express himself seems to represent the actual person they acted out against as well as a copeing mechanism for his regret in losing Sam.
The outcome of these exhaustions of regret are his sculptures which are seen throughout the house. Im pretty sure that the contact of the clay is metaphorical of the toxicity of his current state. As in, lynks disease is regret for a horrible action.
Everyone seems to suffer from it except for the son who seems unphased and that paired with the lack of the father leads me to believe that they are all somewhat responsible for his death except for the son. So they are all plagued by the "disease"

That's the problem with TV series and webcomics as well. I don't know how I manage to wait for shit.

If it helps there are two hidden videos on the clay channel. Bettin they'll open up before long.

Its an ARG you dumb nigger. Dont be a kill joy.
>>
The most rational approach I can take to all this is that this family is just crazy.

Whatever this Lynx shit is is clearly fucking with their heads in some way that causes them to waver between losing basic motor skills and performing actions that don't make sense.

The security company's very obviously not selling anything, and is just a front. A good reason to keep watching this family.

Also based on the log from the command window it seems like most of the actions that were of any note have been carried out up to a year ago, which means we just might be terribly late to whatever ARG was suppose to go down here.

That being said, one of the videos in 3 did point to an event in 2017, so who knows, maybe some internal clock isn't running right?

The problem with this ARG is, as far as I can tell, that there is no one on the other side anymore. What an ARG needs is someone who "unlocks" things as we progress into it, thus rewarding and encouraging further investigation.

With that component missing, all we're really doing here is speculating.
>>
>>17471806
The ARG started today

Both claridryl and this are related.

>in the website, when going through the house, check the closet and basement. you see people merged with the wall and floors.

It's clear that claridryl is about anti-depression and the story of the woman is about being addicted due to depression. The entire commercial is literally about her being a single mother and dealing with depression, psychosis and her addiction where ALL of the "side effects" are shown by her.

Im trying to draw more connections, but it's clear that the father of the claridryl is dead and the hand and head are shown merged into the wall and floor.
