This might be one of the greatest superpowers.
If I were to make a list, I'd say:

1.

* no masturbating.
* avoiding sugars.
* avoiding movies, music, etc...
* doing boring things that require concentration.
* no daydreaming.
* getting control over sleep and fatigue.
* ???

2.

* making a list and trying to evoke them.

Other more /x/ related methods?
Tangible and working.
Basically I want a method that helps me go through boring stuff endlessly while being HAPPY at the same time.
"In the zone" kind of happiness.

Hello /x/
This is the very first time i make a post in 4chan
I think my dad is cursed (or something)... Its not about his health; its about his job/luck.
This started 1 year ago. He's doing terrible at his job (sales); even if he manages to make any sale, it somehow backfires to him (+85% backfires).
He's honest and a right person. It really hurts me see him this way.
Please help /x/

Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I last talked about the shit that was going on with my daughter having the nightmares involving a demon that somewhat haunted my sisters and I when we lived in a certain house as children.
Some of you may recall that after visiting the house, the demon started showing up in my daughters dreams and either just watching her or actively chasing her. I should mention that I never talked about the demon around her, so I was understandably caught off guard when she described it perfectly.
I did as some of you suggested, and found a Catholic priest that agreed to baptize her, and that occurred around January 19.
As heartfelt as y'alls suggestion was, it didn't help. It only really made things worse.
Now she wakes up screaming, but doesn't remember the dream. She's stopped wanting to sleep unless I let her sleep with me, and even then it's pretty damn fitful.
He's started showing up more in my dreams as well, but I can pretty much chalk that up to me having him on the mind a lot recently.
My therapist had me start keeping a dream journal as a way to help keep track of dreams, plus it helps me remember some of the stuff I blanked out as a kid. Nothing big yet, but a few interesting things have shown up.
Anyways, do y'all have any more ideas that I could try to get rid of him?
