It was meant to "ease" the american crowd to Godzilla. Its not exactly bad but its very unnecessary.

That site turned out to be a scam. They didn't actually have the book and they try to make you pay membership.

I get it all the time. Then I just pull the LAN plug and stick it back in and it works (or disconnect/reconnect if using Wifi). I think this message can mean multiple things so you should use "Troubleshoot problems" if using Windows to find out the real problem.

try sitting closer to the router or get a better router. if the router has multiple antennas, position them perpendicular to each other
