Here is the obligatory delinquent manga chart.

I haven't actually read any of these or other delinquent manga, but I've watched JoJo (Part 4), Cromartie, and Gokusen and they were/are great. So give those a try and whatever else catches your attention on this list. Could also try going on the MAL pages of these and checking the recommendations. Or just Googling "Good Delinquent Manga" or something like that.

There's also Angel Densetsu which is surprisingly not on this chart considering how popular it is on /a/. I've watched and read a bit of that, but it wasn't really that great in my opinion. Maybe it gets amazing at some point and I'll eventually go back to it, but still.
