You can try to give them as much information as you can, for example if you registered the account on your actual name, give them a picture of your ID. The 12v section is single-rail, and 330-360W depending on what the non-12v section is doing.

The non-12v section is 180W, and if you fully load it (you won't) you can only draw 330W from the 12v section. There's also a few watts for 12v and other miscellaneous crap that isn't used anymore, and 12W of standby power for when your computer is off.

The main power-using components in your computer (CPU and GPU) all use 12v (as do 3.5" and 5.25" disk drives), and these must add up to less than 360W (and preferably less than 330W). You couldn't run, for example, a Core Extreme and a 980 on that power supply, and an i7 and a 1080 would be pushing it.

You have the PX-600 version.
The most important computer parts all use 12V, for example board, CPU, GPU,...
So the important thing is to look for the Ampere on the 12V rail, then multiply this Ampare value by the 12V.
So, in your case, about 28- 30A * 12V, which would be about 350W.
You also have to factor in that most power supplies work at 80-90% efficency, so multiply your 350W by 0.85 to get a better estimate.

Yes, your monitor is dead.

Each row of pixels has its own wire from the controller, and these wires are bundled up into ribbon cables. A whole ribbon cable has become damaged or come loose, which is why you have a black line.

These ribbons are not practical to repair.
