Computer is fucked.
It reboots whenever under heavy GPU load. Event viewer shows it did not cleanly shutdown, so it isn't a bluescreen or driver issues.
If I lower the GPU clocks and power usage it can handle stress for a bit longer, but will still reboot eventually. At default clocks, the reboot is literally within a few frames, at lower clocks a few minutes to an hour or so at max. Under a high settings benchmark, the reboot is nearly instant regardless of clocks when running a 3D application.
Using HWINFO64, under a fairly low stress Unigine benchmark it showed the voltage dropping to 11.6V for the GPU. The GPU is an r9 380, and the benchmark was running at 640x360.
At this point I can't see it being anything other than a PSU issue. Any suggestions would be great.

PSU is your most likely, and least costly option. Replace that, and if it doesn't fix the problem, you can always RMA it.

What are some hobbies that mix with both the digital world and the real world?
I would consider a digital hobby that has "real world meetups" to be a weak mixing. Similarly a real world hobby that just has online discussions about it would also be a pretty weak mixing in my opinion.
Is there any hobby that could be considered a true mergence of cyberspace and meatspace?

I have no interest in them, but in passing I've picked up on several games that would fit the category. Arguably geo-caching is a mix, but not very social. Then there are several mobile games that take your real world location into consideration (like - dividing the world into sectors and factions struggle for control via players being there and doing game stuff on their phones while in the zone). Can't recall any names though. Not sure that qualifies as a hobby though.

Alright /r/ I need some anime to watch. ive seen all the major ones Ex: Bleach, HunterxHunter, One Piece Naruto, D-Grey Man, etc.

Dunno man your "good but not great and underrated" thing is weird. Since you've mainly watched the crappy side of entry level stuff, you should probably just get through the good side of it with Berserk, S;G, Evangelion, Gintama, Texhnolyze etc., and also dip your toes into CGDCT with Nichijou and K-On. Also, Legend of the Galactic Heroes is objectively the best thing ever created on television. There's no reason to be digging around in the muck if you've got plenty of stuff left to watch.
