The guy that sold it to me said it wont affect anything and the only thing it does is get rid of my wallpaper, can anyone confirm this?
Also here's a picture of the specs, i got the computer for 425$ when the guy was selling it for 650$ and im not sure if i got ripped off. It can play GTA 5, ARMA 3 and Left4Dead2 on the high settings but still if anyone can give me a heads up

Looking for a manga I saw a couple years ago
It takes place in a school. The genre is probably sci-fi.
A student creates a short box-robot on wheels that meanders around and crashes into walls. Shitty pic related.
Someone tells them to make it more relatable or something and they put a realistic human head on top.
The head is removed and is replaced with taped-on sign saying something along the lines of "I make mistakes but I try my best".

This thread again as previous attempts have been fruitless. I've been having AWFUL bloody performance with my computer, not just for games but in general and I'm 100% unsure why. I've done some benchmarks and noticed some odd shit, like that my RAM severely underperforms compared to the other stuff in performancetest(the examples, that is.), and for videogames stuff like fallout 4 runs at a silky smooth 5 FPS.

Hi I'm trying to get an apartment in the city... The guy wants to see creditor bills like cell phone, electric, and Internet/cable bills that we have paid on time over the past 3 months.
I don't have anything like that and really would like to get this place.
Does anyone know of anyway I could forge these documents? Are there templates out there to do so?
Any and all help would be dearly appreciated. If you can help me with this it would seriously get me into this place which is ideal.

This is probably going to be impossible to fulfill, but if anyone can help me I'll be so happy.
There was this video I watched 6 years ago on Vimeo. It was a Japanese girl just calmly making simple food; I think she was making an omelette. She used a knife with holes in it to cut onions. There's no words, maybe some background music, and you never see her face.
I've spent the night scouring Vimeo's videos from that time period using keywords including the Japanese word for cooking, omelette, egg, etc.
I believe I commented on it at the time, but the comment isn't showing up on the account I used then.
I want to see this video again because when I watched it the first time I was really depressed, but after seeing her cook I felt so happy and peaceful. It was such a beautiful thing, and right now I'm at a point in my life where I need to see it again.

I didn't really know where to ask this, but I've been trying to find a version of Time of Eve that's good quality, but the only thing I could find was a 10gb THORA release of it, and it seems my laptop is unable to play the video without massively slowing. I'm trying to downscale the video to 720p and I have two questions.
1. Will the outputed file be of okay quality or is downscaling it going to ruin something?
2. Is is super slow reencoding the video because of how shit my computer is?
Sorry this is the first time I've ever tried something like this.

Encoding indeed depends hugely on your CPU. Not sure how much faster ffmpeg would be. Quality in handbrake is controlled in the video tab.
