Requesting all known anime with shitty animation quality.
Kill la Kill. I get that the animation is part of the humor, but it reminds me of Ed Edd and Eddy

Never watched it, but I'll agree with you.
Gundoh Musashi is one of the greatest and most legendary examples of absolutely terrible animation.

Here yah go mate
I haven't been watching a lot of anime recently, but I got a hold of some Hayao Miyazaki films and it has really kicked me into gear and I really want to increase my collection.
Does anyone have suggestions (films or tv shows) for a guy who likes most of those films, Trigun, Cowboy Beebop, and Full Metal Alchemist? If you have suggestions, it would also be greatly appreciated if you put a link to a torrent of it and/or maybe explain a bit about it so I don't spoil the show for myself looking up a description.
Psycho Pass, law enforcement in a future world where criminal inclination can be measured and everyone is monitored.

Would you suggest watching Psycho-Pass 2 also or just Psycho-Pass?

For torrents, Nyaa.se is the largest public tracker dedicated to anime, but it skews toward recent and currently airing titles. It does have well-seeded torrents for popular older stuff (like cowboy bebop, FMA, etc) but generally only one or two versions will have adequate seeding, so despite all the uploads you won't have much selection really.
Bakabt is a semi-public tracker; you need an account to search and they also restrict what torrent clients are allowed to connect to their tracker. Basically if you're a utorrent pleb using a version later than 2.2.1 they will block you from downloading anything, so either go back to 2.2.1 or get a better torrent client (Deluge, qBittorrent etc). As for titles, everything uploaded has to be vetted by the site's staff and they only pick the "best" versions of things, so the selection of subtitles/encodes is limited, but everything is well-seeded and they have tons of older more niche stuff that you often can't get on Nyaa. Also a great place to pick up soundtracks.
Lastly there's AnimeBytes, a private tracker that you have to be invited to join or else get accepted when they open applications up. It's actually very easy to get in via application, it just requires basic torrenting knowledge and demonstrating an ACTIVE interest in anime, this is important because what they value is people who will actually use the site, instead of peeps who join just to get one title or for the epeen and then never DL anything. Like all private trackers it has a seeding requirement and ratio threshold, but the selection makes up for it. You can find 99% of everything on AB on Nyaa or BBT, but it's a nice last resort to have.
Recommendations to follow.
OP is into normalfag games. FPS, games like Starjew Valley, other shit. Not really into games like World of Warcraft, or timebased games unless they have a cool twist to it, like Enemy. Don't really want to invest into anything, like really really new games that have a chance of losing their devs and dying, but if its promising OP will check it out.
Have you played DOOM or Metal Gear Solid V?
>>145457
No, are they good?
>>145462
Nah mate, I just like suggesting shitty games.
But yes. Metal Gear is more story involved...but you can skip the cutscenes if you just want to run and gun or sneak around.
Whereas DOOM is just nonstop, shotgun filled, pump and chump action.
A teacher in Pakistan has been sending me messages on Facebook every morning and I can't for the life of me understand what he's saying(or find a service that can translate him)
I believe he's speaking Urdu with ISO basic Latin characters.
If anyone can translate him I would be ever so grateful as his recent messages give a sound of urgency(he sends pictures of his students too and they appear worse off in each photo)

Bumpity Bump
About 7 years ago, maybe longer, there was a website that basically promised to pay the user for visiting. It was a video streaming service and I'm pretty sure it had mostly original content, in very high quality for the time.
The user earned points by playing videos, there was no slider so you couldn't just jump to the end, and the promise was that the points were redeemable for money.
I friend I had back then swore the system worked, but he was a known liar. He said he got t-shirts and other merchandise but, again, he was a liar.
The website was real, though. I visited it.
It frustrated me and I left, and if you ask me it didn't really look like a scam, just like a poorly thought plan. But it probably was a scam.
Who knows. Anyway, anyone remembers the name of the service?
>>145428
Was it "lockerz"
They shut down in 2009 though
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockerz
>>145518
Shit son, yeah! I think that was it!
Lemme read some of that Wiki article. I needed to remember this because it was driving my nuts.
Lockerz was semi-legit for a while. I was a member there, and by letting their videos stream while I was doing other shit I managed to get Starcraft: Wings of Liberty at half price.
However, when I later went to redeem enough points to get a PS3 at half off, they claimed that I had been botting to get the points and denied the transaction. So, whatever. It turned into a shitty mess of crappy videos and even crappier merch before getting shut down.
Hey guys, I used to read manga up to date when i was younger, and was looking to get back into it, although cannot remember where I was up to and don't want to spoil it for myself.
Can anyone tell me the chapters where the great ninja war starts (naruto)
Monkey D Luffy grows two years older after the Pirate war (in the amazonian island)
And when the clan storms the temple and the heir figures out hes the dude they want (maybe around like 55)
If you guys could help me out, that'd be great.
Also, where the manga picks up from hunter x hunter anime ends.
Legends, thanks all
>>145414
>Can anyone tell me the chapters where the great ninja war starts (Naruto)
There seem to be two arcs where this could start. The Five Kage Summit starts at chapter 454. The "Fourth Shinobi World War: Countdown" starts at chapter 484
>Monkey D Luffy grows two years older after the Pirate war (in the amazonian island)
The Summit War ends at chapter 597. The battle takes place at Marineford though, not Amazon Lily. That started at chapter 514, if you want to go back and read up to the battle.
>And when the clan storms the temple and the heir figures out hes the dude they want (maybe around like 55)
I don't know what this is asking.
>Also, where the manga picks up from hunter x hunter anime ends.
I assume you mean the 2011 anime. You can pick up where it left off around chapter 338.

Yeah but it's going to take some time because i have no idea if that font exists so i have to improvise it by hand.
I recently got back into anime for the first time since I was probably 15 or 16. So now I'm hooked and I need a big pile of shows to watch. I was hoping to get a few fantasy ones, but anything will do really. Assume I'm a complete cuck who doesn't know the first thing about anime and does my know any of the popular series. Just give me your personal favorites. Thanks in advance!
>>145387
>cuck
I will give you some recs on the condition you stop using this word until you learn what it actually means and thereafter only employ it correctly.
Also I have no idea how long ago "I was probably 15 or 16" was so I don't know what year to start at, but I"m going to assume anything from the last couple years at least is fair game.
>Noragami
Urban fantasy in a modern setting featuring Shinto and Buddhist gods, centers on a murder hobo god who befriends a school girl that's into pro wrestling.
>Overlord
Guy in the future gets transported to a fantasy world eerily similar to an MMO he used to play with his mates, the catch is he's a powerful lich with an army of monsters and undead at his command.
>Hitsugi no Chaika
Wizard girl with a funny way of talking acquires western-style ninja bodyguards for her quest. Also wizards use magic guns powered by memories.
>Junketsu no Maria
Set in France during the Hundred Years' War, about a virgin witch who uses her magic to stop battles between the English and French, and gets on the wrong side of the Archangel Michael because of it.
>Nanatsu no Taizai
Battle shounen about knights with magic powers (no it's not anything like Saint Seiya), really over the top power levels right from the start.
>Arslan Senki
A very low-magic fantasy, setting is basically an off-color Persian Empire (before Alexander's conquest) and follows the story of the young prince destined to rule Pars (Persia). It's an adaptation of a manga series by Hiromu Arakawa (author of Fullmetal Alchemist), which is itself an adaptation of the novel series by Yoshiki Tanaka (author of Legend of the Galactic Heroes).
Should be enough to get you started.
