Then I made this version using 2.20.2 with the CRF at "40" and the audio at "2" (all other settings were the same). The colors are better and the picture is more detailed (less blurry) compared to the first one.

It seem like the main issue between version 2.20.0 and later versions is that the CRF values are not equivalent between the 2.20.0 and the later versions, not that the later versions create webms at a much bigger filesize with the same picture quality as webms made with 2.20.0.
