I've evolved 9 Arcanines and they all got Bulldoze, but I haven't been able to do one in months because I tend not to evolve anything under lvl 25 or with shit IVs.
I've seen countless Growlithes, but they are either very low CP with good IVs or above 700 CP with abysmal IVs. This was a chance to get a good one and Niantic's buggy coding fucked me over again

It's no trick, but you can powerup three times (half a level each time) after you reach another level, assuming you've previously maxed out your Pokemon.

For me, I'm trainer level 34, so my 100% IV Tyranitar, maxed out is level 35.5.

So yeah, 3670CP on a maxed out Tyranitar is entirely possible.

So, CC has a 1.25 multiplier on Ursaring against blissey/snorlax and does 125 damage in 2.3 seconds, 54dps~, whereas Hyper Beam has a 1.25 multiplier and does 187.5 damage in 3.8 seconds, about 49dps. I'd go with close combat, however it's usefulness is limited by not being machamp. Still gets the job done slower.

As of now you can only open two phones, sign into both accounts, put one on airplane mode, power up the other one all the way up to the max, then take the other off airplane mode and power up before the two phones sync information. It will result in a ban apparently.
