To attempt to work with you on that, I'll assume every mon is the same level and has them IVs. In which case, lapras would be lowest. Then from TOP down Dragonite, Snorlax, Rhydon, Gyarados, Vaporeon(, Lapras), etc.

Blissey would be up there but it's foolish to incorporate just one gen 2 if any.

Beating gyms to below 2000 prestige but not taking them is more demotivating than team-grey.

Doing it to Mysticucks doesn't do anything because there are so many of them that any non lv-10 gym gets immediately boosted to 50k.

Well depends on how he's doing it.

If it's sitting at like 1400 / 2000 prestige, no you cannot actually put dudes in it without one or two fights and that was my point. And if they stay there at 1400 / 2000, they'll have to do it themselves like the team grey scenario and it gets demoralising if a spoofer's just kicking them out non-stop. They can work to boost it back up to over 2000 and then put something in but the spoofer can just hit it back down to 1400 or even lower depending how much prestige you added with the fight. Same situation goes for if it has 2000 / 4000 prestige but there are two defenders because the second one doesn't get kicked out until it goes below 2000.

It's the team grey scenario except you have to work to put something back in or wait for somebody else to do a drive-by so you can do the same. Instead of popping in a free gym, you now have to put in work for the privilege of getting cucked.

If you're a spoofer, do whatever you want with the guy. Give up on the gym or keep prestiging that lv 1 gym all you want, you can afford to it. The rest of the team probably can't.

Pay attention the next time you level a gym down towards lv 2 or 1. You'll notice there is no free spot anymore. So if you lv down a gym to lv 1 (preferably really close to zero prestige) it takes extra efforts for that team to train it back up again. It feels like an extra waste of time if you prestiged a lv 1 gym to lv 2 only to see it taken down again maybe a few minutes later. Therefore demotivating if you come across a gym like that

I'm bored of this game (who isn't). I get 100 coins daily, without having to do anything, but it isn't enough. It pisses me off that Valor dominates the towns/cities nearest to me.

I have a fun idea. I could buy a second account (only £10) with at least 30 100iv Snorlaxes/dragonites/lapras. Going to name it something that will piss local people off like: IRAarePedos or IRAmustDIE (the equivalent of making an account like USAsucks and placing it in USA gyms). I'm only going to put it in level 10 gyms by knocking out the bottom player.

Best case scenario: Piss people off. Get mystic or instinct to knock down the gym.

Worst case scenario: Piss people off. Get 100 coins a day. Potentially sell the account off for a profit.

Yes and no. I was the awkward guy in the situation. I flip between being totally cool and total sperg. I walked over to my local stop in the middle of the night. I didn't expect anyone there but ran into 3 guys who lured the place. We hung out and talked then 2 other guys drove up. We chilled for a bit and then an Onix and Lapras popped up. After catching them I said my goodbyes but as I was walking away I remembered the joint in my pocket. I figured I could smoke them out. So I'm trying to walk back towards them but they're running around trying to catch something. It puts me in this weird situation where I don't want to yell out to them about drugs and I don't want to silently be running after them. I awkwardly have to walk/chase them as they move around. I get up close enough to ask if they smoke. All of them say no so I say goodbye again and leave.

There are no dratini nests. Walk or spoof along a river or ocean. You can usually find at least 3 an hour.

Niantic removed all Dratini nests during the first nest migration.

They all turned into Eevee nests and all the Bulbasaur nests which theoretically would've become Dratini nests (because nest species were just rotated left by one) became Bulbasaur nests.

And the water biome spawn points that spawned Dratinis at a 10% rate were reduced to 1% or lower.

Basically what this >>31659758 anon says. In the past I think I noticed some of the cheaters I reported suddenly being gone and for a month or so. However "for a month" is another problem. Niantic blatantly give these fuckers their accounts back anyway (probably after they pleaded innocent while they were obviously not).

I still report but I don't trust Niantic communicates with their clients nor do something about reports anymore.
It's why I'm deciding to fight fire with fire. I'll create a second account for spoofing and take down spoofer gyms by leaving those gyms empty.

I don´t know why but lately it' s getting worse and worse. And even worse, i'm pretty sure, many of them claim Gyms only for "fun" and not to collect coins.

Even last night i checked a Gym that is in a park and my team was there. This morning at 7am it was claimed for one of those suspicious players. It's impossible to reach the Gym at night because the park is closed. And i have other evidences those players are cheating.

So i had an ideia to fight these spoofers. Unfortunately i'm pretty sure Niantic hardly will implement it.

So, most if not all spoofers uses Fake GPS Joystick apps. As far as i know those apps create an overlay image over the game.

Why not take random screenshots of the game when playing, sending those images to a server and run some kind of automatic image recognition? All of those accounts with a Joystick running over the game, would be banned.

I guess theres not so many Fake GPS Joystick apps, so that will not be so hard to implement.

That would not prevent those methods that don't use Joystick but better than nothing.

Since gym position is currently the most important distinguisher of the time spent in gym and CP is the only relevant variable in that regard, a sensible solution to the issue is to base candy/dust power up requirements on CP not level.
The solution is simple, doesn't complicate the game in any way and doesn't adversely affect low level players while causing minimal transient disruption to the gym game. The main issue with this solution is that it is probably too late to implement, however I think in hindsight this would have been a very good way to start Pogo out.

I made the area around me a grimer biome but they keep spawn too far away to be worth it. Same with porygon. I skipped 3 of them in easy walking distance yesterday alone cause it was cold out yet I went out with gf and took down 2 level gyms wearing 3 layers of pants. I've been holding off transferring Pokemon in hopes of double candy, and hoarding Lucky Egg Pokemon in hopes of double XP, and hoarding coins in hopes of store sales.
Since they seem to be coming up with a new event each time, I feel like this will all be in vain or I'll end up doing the wrong thing to prepare. It's a little frustrating, and hopefully they'll announce the event sooner this time. Even a week out would be enough time for me.
