According to the journal found in the Pokemon Mansion in the main series games, Mewtwo was created on Feb 6. If Niantic knows a shred of lore, they could potentially introduce it this Monday.

I'm not saying everyone suddenly gets a Mewtwo (he was created, not captured on Feb 6 in Red/Blue), but at least acknowledge his existence and build up the hype for an epic event.

But then again, the journal entries suggest Mewtwo escaped the labs on Sept 1st, and that's a long time to wait.

When I got one spawn point back at my house reach, I noticed that it spawned Jinx sometime. Didn't pay attention to it much.

But last night, it spawned 6 Jinx in 6 hours.

Could it be that my old OSM edit turned one spawn point into a nest? There are no other points among the park designated map.

You have a Jynx biome. Unless all the Jynxes are always shit IVs (e.g. sub-50%), you can't really call it a nest.

the only way is for you to create a second account, kick the lowest mon in the gym you want and squeeze in.

But this already works among the active spoofer community. Unless you squeeze some high cp mon in there. Then the cycle continues until the spoofers kick enough first mons that your mons becomes first, and you lose the "stable" gym. Then the whole thing repeats itself.

Chances that a different team will wander or spoof by to attack the level 10 gym is very low.

It seems like I'm having a much harder time getting potions to heal my Pokémon ever since it hit level 30. I have about 100 max potions, 100 revives, and close to 20 max revives, but I rarely get potions. Now I have multiple Pokémon without half life.
Is this expected at this point of the game or am I just hitting a rare dry spell for potions?

I feel all the teams are full of assholes but different types of asshole. Valor has the aggressive, competitive assholes; Mystic is filled with assholes who think they're smarter than everyone else; And Instinct are the natural assholes, being a dick is their nature.

I see a lot of people, that dislike spoofers taking gyms, asking/looking for solutions. Like reporting.
Reporting is difficult when the spoofer does not enter the gym. You have no idea who it is.
I saw that one of the suggestion was to make the name of the attacker visible so you know who to report for spoofing, but this opened up for unpleasant things regarding privacy issues.
I considered reporting based on time, but came to the solution below. After all, reporting anything is much harder than it should be.
A button in the gym. Report: The current attacker is spoofing.
Would instantly record all information instantly and send it to the people working with it.
If you are found to be misusing the button (3 times) it can be greyed out.
The report button could also be used to report other issues. Fast and easy.

I dont know what the point of gyms are anymore. I used to have fun with my friends teaming up to take down places and happy to put a pokemon we put a lot of time and care into on the gyms to display. But now it just feels pointless since Winter started and other players cant be assed to actually go out and endure the cold, then just access multiple accounts to take your gym in a second.
The thing I hated too was I used to spoof, but I never took gyms. It wasnt fair to honest players. And spoofing wasnt fun either. I quit and started a new account. I dont get why people still do this

As some of you have noticed (and it appeared on front page), since the new update if you try to see your profile the game will crash for some android users (dunno if apple users have the same problem). For me, it crash too but I just enter my profile without the game crashing, however I couldn't see my medals. So I tried it again and this time it crashed.

Nobody really cares, it doesnt matter anyway because there is nothing to win this game and having that extra 3000cp Snorlax doesnt even make that big of a difference. From my personal experience spoofing gets boring very fast, the first days its really fun to actually catch good stuff, collect 100 coins without much effort etc but the game is shit and will always be and while playing legit finding/hatching a good mon can be a great surprise at least but spoofing even takes that last bit away. Idk maybe some people have more fun, i guess so because some people here spoof around for months now but for me it was boring. Now i only log into the game for my bonus, collect some coins, shitpost on /pgg/ and hope some day i get banned for my spoofing so i'm finally free.

As a ruralfag, I don't give a single shit if people think I'm cheating. The game is complete garbage when I only have access to two Pokestops and two gyms within 3 kilometer distance.

The few gyms I have near me are under constant attack by spoofers, and fuck if I'm trying to combat them legitimately. I'm doing all legit Instinct players a favor, both by attacking level 10 Valor and Mystic gyms that are already filled with spoofers, and by training low level Instinct gyms that would never get trained otherwise.

In terms of the gym game if there were no such thing as spoofing, nobody should reasonably feel the need to spoof for fairness. People who lived in good areas would be competing against others who have the same advantage they do, people living in shit areas would be competing against other disadvantaged folk - the dividing factor would be as it's supposed to be: whoever was prepared to do the legwork would get ahead locally. It's only when someone from an advantaged area is able to travel instantly and at no cost to a disadvantaged area (i.e spoof) and constantly dominate the gyms there that local success is no longer determined by putting in more effort.

Of course, nobody does this, but if for example a player cheated to get an army of perfect, fully levelled snorlaxes but never wanted coins so didn't interact with gyms, then I don't think they've done anything wrong.

I live in South Korea and am currently level 19. (I made a few trips to Sokcho and Japan before the official release, and I've been out grinding every day for hours since then.) I haven't evolved or powered up a single pokémon in that time because frankly I'm just worried I'll blow all these candies and stardust on what I think is a good bet only to find out that better TMs have come along in the next update.
Should I keep holding out, or spend them all at 20?

This started with the most recent update. When I try and battle a gym I go in, select my pokemon, and when I hit go, the game loads the gym but neither pokemon, and then just freezes. Samsung Galaxy On5. Is anybody else having this problem?

Forget "this game is dead" and everything. The worst part of this is that a developer finally got THAT idea and wasted it.

That rare concept that no one has been able to achieve, something that got millions of people out on the streets hunting for monsters together. Millions of downloads on the app store, shitloads of cash, thousands of online communities.

If only Niantic had been a little more communicative, a little more patient, developed a little more content before releasing the game (and eventually releasing it according to better crafted events), this game would still be going strong.

It is SO important to actually let the players know what's going on on the other side when an app is having problems. Heck, Duel even has a dedicated in-app section that informs us of updates.

It makes the world of a difference to actually go out of the way and play your part as a developer first. It's not like Niantic urgently needed sponsors right?

To attempt to work with you on that, I'll assume every mon is the same level and has them IVs. In which case, lapras would be lowest. Then from TOP down Dragonite, Snorlax, Rhydon, Gyarados, Vaporeon(, Lapras), etc.

Blissey would be up there but it's foolish to incorporate just one gen 2 if any.
