If you have good 1-1.3k pokemon, you can try training up friendly gyms.
I get 60-80 coins per day and still haven't bought any of the storage upgrades.
My item staple is 80 max potions, 40 revives, 120+ ultra balls and 20 razz berries. Never went below half of these amounts at any point.

The fact a Butterfree costs as much Stardust (ie, a fucking shit tonne) as it would to power up a Dragonite, nobody bothers to use Pokemon outside the meta
I'd like to see more Pidgeots, more Sandslashes, more anything except the same 6 we have now.
There's literally no point in training anyone up, especially when you consider how much Stardust it costs, let alone it's unbalanced between different Pokemon

I'm about to do a mass evolution of all of the Pokemon that I've been saving for about 2 months. This includes Pidgey, Weedle Caterpie and Eevee stacks, as well as multiples of other pokemon as well. When I'm done I'll only need to evolve 5 more Pokemon up to complete my dex minus regionals, Magmar and Porygon.

Finally finished. Unfortunately the 3 lucky eggs ran out before finishing my Pidgeys an Weedles.

My first Dragonite has Steel Wing/Dragon Pulse, which is good for defending, right?

Out of 19 Eevees: 9 Vaporeon, 6 Jolteon and 4 Flareon and one extra 20th Eevee that I used the name thing to ensure it was my first and strongest Vaporeon

My first Gyarados was pretty disappointing in terms of CP but it has Bite/Hydro Pump

I still have Over 300 candies for Weedle and Pidgey and over 800 for Rattata and Drowzee, 700 for Meowth, 600 for Gastly and 500 for Cubone.

I gained 253130 Exp and only about 1.25 levels, which I expected, but it's still disappointing.

I'm chose to wait on the 3 I could evolve to their 2nd stages (Charmander, Machop, Geodude) in case I end up finding or hatching a better one down the line. I only have 10 available Pokemon left, not including regional exclusives.

I'm also tired as fuck.

depends, people here are pretty stingy with dust and they would say don't invest dust in anything but perfect IV, perfect moves, and caught with max CP. but if its a rare mon that you care about, or need a strong mon to sit in gyms then go for it.

i spend about half of my dust to stay relevant for gyms and save the rest.
