Well, let try to break it down; He's a Primarch, and as you can tell by pic related, Primarchs are hella big compared to most people.


Now, I have no idea how accurate the pic is - maybe someone who knows 40k better can bring forth a better generalization - but I'd assume making him slightly higher to twice as tall would do him justice.

That said, if there's a pacing issue or you don't think you'll be able to scale that efficiently, you can go ahead and bring him closer to default trainer - just make sure to encompass his bulk at least, however you'd be able to do that. I won't hold it against you.
