I found a third Tauros yesterday that I really wanted, but somehow I ran out of Poké balls before I could catch it. I got back inside and was chilling after being flustered from my missed opportunity and find a Pinsir, just chilling in my house. I hadn't caught a Pinsir yet. Now I'm going to have to go to my local Pokéstop before I can catch anything, but it's too early. I don't even want to open my app for fear of finding something and being unable to catch it.

This is the least autistic way to play pokemon go and it doesn't work very well, sadly. You may get lucky and run into one but there are no 'random encounters' if you run into a pokemon it was specifcally there, and you could have tracked it down. You just got lucky and walked into it.
