This was fin to play and might still hold up if tweaked a little. The hardest thing to get here is going to be the Life Dew and the flare gears. Realistically, you ae looking at a win rate of less than 20% but those precious few wins will feel satisfying.

The penultimate deck is from the newly formed Legacy format, and a classic: Garchomp/Altaria. Here’s where the real tradeoff is, although Shaymin is no longer needed in this format, Computer Search is highly recommended if not mandatory. Honestly, this is not a bad deck to invest in since it sits in the middle on the scales of both cost and ability to win. It’s even possible to go without Computer Search, but some of the Pokémon are going to cost you. I won’t post the deck list for this one since I’m still working the bugs out.

Finally, we have the deck I’ve been using in the legacy format: Reshiphlosion. It functions surprisingly well and is one of the best things to have at the ready in a format that has a renewed fear in Virgens. Not going to lie, this one is almost guarantee to be too expensive for you unless you were lucky enough to have got 3 or 4 of the Typhlosion prime bundles a month or two ago. If you have them, great, but if you don’t you’re better off saving up for those Shaymin since the Computer along with those Typhlosion, Junk Arms, Oaks, and Rescues are going to add up fast if you don’t have a head start.

The problem with that and Reshiphlosion is that there is currently a bug that can freeze your game when using pokemon with abilities that move energies from the discard pile.
There is a topic about it on the forums and according to them if you quickly close and reopen the game, you can avoid losing because of this in tournaments.

Let's say I want a card. Manaphy EX, to use an easy example.

So I USE THE FILTERS and see what everyone on public is offering for a Manaphy EX.
I see a bunch of listings offering 1 or 2 packs for it. A bunch.
BUT REMEMBER WHAT I SAID:

Now, using BASIC LOGIC, what does that mean about the value of Manaphy EX?

This means the card is obviously worth between 2 and 3 packs, since everyone's taking the 3-pack offers. But, since so many people are offering 2 packs for the card, there's a chance that you can probably get it for that much too if you're patient.

It doesn't matter. With Seismitoad, no matter what you do, your opponent is going to get one turn of items.
It's better to go first because then you have two turns to hit that DCE and set up your field or bench, plus you get to dodge things like Trev or Vileplume that take full advantage of going first.

Manaphy should work rather nicely, as it indeed makes Float Stone rather redundant. That space is much better used for Muscle Band/FFB.
