Where were you when a 4 year old game made in a dying and outdated console, developed in a little over a year still managed to be better in every single way than Sun and Moon, a game developed in 2 years on a vastly batter console? Let's look at the facts:

>Regional Pokedex
>Postgame
>Graphics
>Sprites
>Story
>Region
>New Pokemon
>Game balance
>Challenge
>Gameplay

Gen 5 was GOAT tier, the last attempt by game freak to truly take the series forward. They even attempted a challenge mode, and bw was harder than most other games anyway.
They weren't rewarded at all for it, so they went to Kanto pandering, hand-holding, gimmicks and ever smaller new pokémon rosters.
5 was the peak.

Normally I don't like focusing on the negative, BUT WHY THE FUCK DID MY CRABBRO EVOLVE INTO SOME DISGUSTING YETI PIECE OF SHIT?

Well /vp/? obviously this is facetious but its to point out how flawed this defense of pikipek evolving into Toucan is. Not that this is even the only problem with the line (or more specifically 1-for-1 real world toucan evolving from fanciful woodpecker) either, but the 'muh same order' thing is pissing me off to no end.

I dunno if this has been talked about, but in the demo I found a pikachu while doing the pokemon catching challenge thing. I gave it the electric Z stone, and since the pikachu I had has two electric moves (nuzzle and electro ball), it gave me two gigavolt havocs.
The gigavolt havoc on nuzzle is 100 power and the one on electro ball is 160.
Again, I dunno if it was brought up, but it interested me.

We've all forgotten that the regional dex is split up by the 4 islands. Assuming the demo is only comprised of two out of the four islands, then there is another set of island dexes we don't know about.
