Nope. The game is more snowbally than it's ever been. Games are pretty much decided by the 10 minute mark. Objectives are so ridiculously important that if you fall behind and lose map control the game is over. First tower gives a fuckton of gold, Rift Herald can let a team push down both towers in a lane in ~30 seconds, then your team is basically pinned inside their base with no way to do anything. I've always wanted some kind of dispel effect, cleanse is OK but it's self targetted and you can't remove enemy buffs, although that would be hard to do because making everything dispellable would be a problem and making a clear tooltip is not easy.
