Burst AR is awkward as fuck to hit headshots with because of recoil. If you can control it with the recoil reduction to sitll land headshots, sure. For body shots, razorwire is also better. If you can't control the recoil though, trooper will be better for headshots.

It's a set pool of exp that never expires that runs off percentages. Because it never expires you can just stack your boosters now if you want that just increases the pool though not the percentage.
You can check how much left you have of your pool and how much percent you're being boosted by in the menu under "boosts".
Your daily bonus exp works the same way.

ex: Lets say you use a booster that gives you a 10% boost with a 10k pool. You just did a mission worth 10k exp. Your booster will take 1k exp from your booster pool and add it to the exp you just earned making it a total of 11k.

Transformation keys basically let you turn ~4 things into one random thing. You naturally unlock permanent transform keys that can make up to rares through skills/research. You occasionally find temporary one-use ones from missions. But you can p2w to obtain permanent epic transformation keys.

I'm getting mixed signals here but assuming that IS the back then it still makes sense for it to be 3x3 tall still in case the front 3 bits ablate or possibly to withstand a smasher attack(t3 metal). You could even add a roof so if a charger, depending on orientation, does breach that wall it still might not make it over.

I'm the one who said the full wall should be the front, I don't think what the other guy was saying makes sense. If it was the small wall in front and a smasher just breaks it and goes right over, that wall is still broken and husks can walk right over out of your trap tunnel. That's dumb. At least with the full wall, like you were saying, it still might have a chance of stopping the charger in the wall so it's still able to be repaired.

Side note, I would imagine a low wall with a ramp up over like that, the husk would still see they are able to walk over the roof, they don't count it in the "health of cube" because they can walk right over. So it's easy enough to smash the low wall and walk over.

That's the idea behind the cube: husk sees health of smashing the structures so instead they walk around but the ramp up over doesn't slow the movement so it doesn't count when they are checking squares to smash.

Spend no less than 3k-5k of every resource on every new amplifier you build.

Start from a distance. In all three directions, look at the ways they can possibly come from and create simple funnels and corrals. Every way into the main area around the amplifier should have a chokepoint built into it.
Is there a ramp they can come up/down? Put walls on either side to keep them going straight as they come off it.
Is there a 2-3 tile wide canal they can come from? Use slantstacks to force them to use one tile to make a choke.

The simplest and most effective chokepoint is pic related. You can even add wall shockers and a ceiling 3x3 shocker if you want.

Now you can leave the main area between the chokes and the amplifier open if you want, but I personally like spending a little extra to keep it funneled, making long chutes leading to the center with a defender post with a rifleman/sniper at the end.

Regardless, around the actual amplifier you want three ways into it from all sides, and all four corners should be slantstacks which guarantee you're forcing husks into the trap chambers you make, which should be like the pic just stacked, with a defender slot near the end and with a square somewhere near the middle for a BASE.

With enough smarts and materials you can clear through all of Plankertons SSDs solo.

Why do people build such massive structures when 4 walls will do the trick for literally anything? I'm in Canny and haven't even bothered putting a roof on my shit (except data missions) since like early Stonewood. Slap some pushers on the walls and shoot everything that comes close, gg. The only time I bother building a choke point is if the terrain makes it super obvious, like one ramp up to the objective.

Anyone can do that. Outlander is so marginally better at collecting shit and so so much worse at combat than a soldier, that they're a net loss to team effectiveness.

Loot Llama should be something that the outlander can drop somewhere, and it stays there and duplicates every single resource the Outlander gathers via pickaxe (so they can't just drop and pick shit up to dupe it), and shits them all out onto the ground for like 3-5 minutes. THAT would make them useful.

You could take the less blatantly OP route and just make it so everything they pick up gets dropped out of the llama, too, but I get the feeling outlanders would continue to just be selfish douchebags in that case.

The way I see it, they're so phenomenally WORTHLESS at combat that they might as well be OP as fuck at gathering shit.

As far as I can tell It's the most structure HP you can stack on a single tile.
Husk AI uses a mathematical formula to dictate pathfinding, basically it weighs distance and trap amount against the amount of damage they would need to deal to structures to bypass the longer/deadlier path. Place three walls side by side, two full reinforced steel with Wall Spikes and one low untrapped wooden wall and they're going to smash the wooden one every time.

It's not an exact science, sometimes they do retarded things anyways, but until we get lures, conveyors and repulsion plates it's the best way to guide hordes of baddies where you want them.

Honestly if you're fine with playing any character, you'll have at least a legendary by the time you finish the second zone because the game literally gives you a key for one. The problem comes from people who fucking hate playing ninja getting nothing but legendary ninjas, etc.

They give you literally NO way to target what you want, so -everything- is a dice roll. You can marginally improve the odds by waiting for a "super llama" to go on sale, which guarantees a legendary from a specific slot (hero, ranged weapon, melee weapon, etc) but even then, sales are """random""" so we only see like one super llama a month, THEN when one DOES show up, you're only ALLOWED to buy like one of them.

Basically they're fucking the game in the ass in an effort to try and wring as much money from players as they humanly can and people are super fucking sick of it. This next patch is going to determine if the game sinks or swims, so wait until it drops before you go buying a bunch of copies.

Vermintide did a good job of it. You'd throw in 5 blue items and get an epic, but every item was a 20% chance to be upgraded. So if you threw in 4 guns and one sword, you had an 80% chance to get an upgraded gun, and a 20% chance to get a sword. If you threw in 5 of the same item you were guaranteed to get that same item, upgraded.

If I could throw 5 of my blue constructors into a transform key and get an epic constructor, it'd be a MASSIVE leap toward fixing the game.
