Of the two, PS3. Wii has cut content, worse graphics, and shitty waggle controls.

Best version is 360 because it has less slowdown in the more graphically intense day level areas, but I assume you don't have a 360. If you're going to play the SD version, then PS2 is better than Wii simply because of no waggle.
