I need a CK2 mod which lets me rape prisoners (male and female instigators and targets, including male-to-male and female-to-female), have a chance to impregnate people raped based on combined fertility stats, and ideally which has a dynamic system which would track first menstruation, so girls who haven't menstruated can't become pregnant. But I need just that (for realism's sake) and NOTHING else.

Is there some Dark World setting that could give me just that, or would a custom mod need to be made for it?

So since the Mamluk 25 doomstack is about to reach me in 20 or so years, I have to dig down at a border and wipe their armies in at least 3 battles until I get a white peace. Luckily, there is just the correct province for that:
