You got Herc, so what? Kiyo is still an extremely low cost (AP-wise, and getting her/maxing her NP-wise) wave clearer with some reasonably useful skills.

I don't have herc, but I got jets, and jets + kiyo + a support waver are basically my speedfarming team.

Berserkers with good skills or NP are great, because you can use them for literally anything, ever get tired of changing your formation to best counter the expected enemies per that whole double combat triangle thing? fuck it, use berserkers.

Maybe this isn't effective lategame, but with any and all 'current content', you can rip and tear through anything, and fast enough that they can't counterattack with 2 berserkers, and if you didn't happen to get the 2 rare berserkers you really want, kiyo is extremely good for how easy she is to get.

Not to mention a hella cute waifu.

Waver (support) + Hans (Imaginary Element) + [whatever AOE damage dealer you need w/ Imaginary Element] will let you comfortably clear most of what's available right now.

for a conservative team, I'd pick Altera for the AOE NP and then I'd have Hans keep me alive + Waver to buff. Then I'd make Arts chains all day every day until the NP gauge is filled and smack stuff around.

Gil will become extremely good in the future, though.

Arturia is totally fine, her stats are good and her NP is pretty decent as well if you do her interlude. Alter can do slightly more damage than her if you waste grails. You can put Arturia in any team and she'll do fine, really her only problem is that she doesnt excel at anything but that can be said for 90% of servants.

3: Complete the Regime Matrix, but don't defeat the boss in the stage.

6: After completing those steps and consuming 5 health power-ups, you'll be informed that Artoria, King of Knights, will challenge you to a fight. Once you defeat Artoria (force her to retreat,) you'll need to defeat the boss of the stage and finish the stage as usual. You now have Artoria unlocked as a playable character.

Everyone's going to have NP5 summer scathach if for some bizarre reason they need an AoE NP to use against dragons, and she deals 30k unbuffed and up to 45k depending on her skill level. Sieg doesn't outdamage that until NP4, and even at that point more of his damage comes from his buff which means he'll underperform relatively unless you invest into his skills.
