Like why he have 3 abilities that his health? Two of his abilities use mana and take a chunk of health too!

The steroid from Leap will only get you so far, since its cooldown sucks ass. I'd argue that even with a carry build, the multishot arrow is much better since it guarantees a crucial fight in your favor.
