You are only partially right. It actually depends on what role and what type of hero you are playing. Pork or red meat will raise your MMR only if you are playing strength carries. Agi carries tend to do best with poultry and INT carries are best with seafood.

Offlaners do best with high carbohydrate meals. Generally bread if you are a tanky offlaner or pasta if you are not.

Roamers want something that is light but also high in protine. They also benefit from a dessert that is high in sugar content.

Supports of course perform best when consuming cum strait from the dick. Works best if from a carry player that has been eating their fresh meat although this can amke it taste bad. I suggest pairing the carries meat with a sweet acidic fruit like pineapple or cherry tomatoes. This also makes the meat easier to ingest for the carry.

Let me tell you a little secret about these low brackets, I played a lot of it.
The whole "you are the only constant" thing is a meme. It doesn't matter what you do, you have no influence on the outcome of the game, unless you stomp the fucking game within the first 20 minutes, to the point where it is not possible to lose anymore. And that is absurdly difficult to do on your own, this isn't 2012/2013 anymore.

Grinding solo MMR takes forever and it's a constant struggle with yourself and your teammates. Playing solo queue isn't about playing dota, it's about how much you can suffer without getting too upset to play decently.

You can repeat "You are the only constant" a thousand times, and it may even statistically be true. But playing the game well is the least important factor in grinding MMR.

If you spam a hero with a decent winrate you'll be confident going into games with that hero. It's one of those factors that are not in the game itself. Spamming heroes helps, but it ultimately doesn't solve the problems I mentioned.

i kinda look at it like this:
if my winrate solo Q'ing in ranked all-pick is, say, 52%, i take that to mean that I only _directly_ affect the outcome in about 2% of my games. In the other 98% of games, my presence in them doesn't amount to enough of a factor to actually influence whether or not I win or lose. In other words: yes, you have very little impact on the outcome of the game ultimately. There are things you can do to raise that win% number (and thus slightly raise how many games you _directly_ affect the outcome of), and they are mostly psychological in nature as you mentioned... being comfortable on a hero and thus being confident, "spamming" a "broken" hero like zues, spamming roles with higher game impact like mid.

When is it a good idea to get armlet before blink on legion commander?
I've been thinking about it a little and I think it's good when they have some dazzle or some oracle.
Check my reasoning:
blademail is good in all cases but best when they have a right click core you want to duel. You cant duel said core if there is a dazzle/oracle so you need to duel the dazzle/oracle, dazzle/oracle=bad damage so damage return is bad agaisnt them, therefore armlet could be better

If you destroy your lane and can use armlet to further bully the enemy it's good. You often simply need blink to do your job though. It's situational so you have to make the call yourself.

Spam Alacrity and Cold Snap + Forge Spirit in the lane, force the lane at around level 7-8 because you'll probably have a balanced +200 damage with Forge Spirits + Alacrity, then jungle until you get an Aghs and from there onward just mash buttons because at this point the hero basically plays by itself.

You really shouldn't be in a position to get dueled on TA in the first place, but it's pretty fucking risky for the LC even if it happens. If she has refraction she'll most likely win the duel very easily and get free +dmg. And if you're in a situation where your teammates have TA surrounded and will assist in bringing her down it doesn't matter if there's a duel or not, she's already fucked up somewhere along the way.
