I'm pretty sure you can do this in the patched version.
Step 1: Pirate rpg maker and set up a copy of Paradox 2 that can be opened with it. I suggest installing any patches before fucking with anything in the files.
Step 2: Find an area with job changing. I used the first floor of Administrator's Tower.
Step 3: Set map to event mode, go to the sparkling part, and copy it.
Step 4: Find the castle's front yard, set the map to draw or whatever it was called, then pick your object of choice like that sign.
Step 5: Set map to event mode, go to the object, and paste.
Now you can change jobs and your party at the castle's front gate.
I am not responsible for any unforeseen bugs resulting from this.
