Palla is weird, since she doesn't really have an "Optimal" IV due to how her stats are spread out.

That being said, +spd puts her at 34, give her darting blow and she'll have 40 spd on initiation, not quite enough to double everything in existence, but she will double a good amount of units in the game with that. now if you put her on a flier meme team she will double everything with that IV

So if Warriors will have promotions you think Marth and Chrom will promote and get their Fire Emblem shields.

Beat a map? 10%, next map? 20% until it gets to 40%

Lose a team and it resets back down to 0%. it still gives you enough too to fuck up since you only need 4 maps out of 7 to reach the top multiplier and you can hype up people later on in the event by doing increased multipliers and the end period gets closer and closer.

Lukas isn't very good, he's a physical slow tank in a fast mage meta. Mae is a good blue mage and arguably the best out of the current banner units, but she will always be 2nd rate becasue she's not on a horse and isn't Linde.

The issue is that if you give that weapon to an infantry or flier they have less move, so a Cavalry unit can still beat you to the punch while being +6 in all stats.
