Actually I get okay amounts with Kiyo. The only one I got completely dry friends points on was Mashu. I used to have her in the all slot, and had to get rid of her since nobody likes her right now. Once I put Kiyo there, people started doing friends requests at a pace that will easily fill the list up.

Speaking of REGEND, he actually got like 1000 FP not long ago all the way back from that Assassin slot.
