The problems with medium armor are obvious, so why haven't they been addressed?
First of all, dodge scales exponentially, so going for any dodge at all means you benefit the most from going for as much as you possibly can. Low amounts of dodge need to be stronger.
Secondly, anything over 25 detection rate may as well be 75 detection rate because sneaky bastard and low blow only care about the 5 and 25 rate breakpoints. There need to be more things that care with higher breakpoints.

When there's a shootout going on and there's a car with armored plating driving straight for the cops, they have reasonable cause to shoot the car+driver to stop it before it hurts any cops because it seems like the guy's goal is to re-enact the terrorist truck driver attack in France from last year.

The real question is why isn't Bile the #1 option, or why the gang who did so well in outshooting a fucking police ambush and resulting shootout, can't just shoot their way past a perimeter to where the escape driver can actually reach them safely? The truck guy taking the coke seems to have been able to sneak through without problem, why can't the escape driver?
The real answer is that Bain sucks at planning. In comparison, Locke was never shocked about anything other than refueling the escape chopper in Beneath the Mountain. Locke seems like a better Bain at this point for planning. Too bad he's not voiced by Simon.

I just made a build that's literally just LBV + Maniac with Hostage Taker. Actually managed to get through Heat Street without getting incapped on Death Wish

Akimbo weapons aren't the same weapon equipped twice, it's a whole separate weapon. If they want to add an akimbo 5/7, they have to program in a separate akimbo 5/7 weapon with models, animation, etc.

I've just had to uninstall the game
My update broke so hard, it was unpacking 500mb out of 9GB
For some reason if I leave it unpacking the update size just kept getting bigger and bigger, so just redownloading the whole game seemed faster.

Pubs bitch and moan blahblahblah but they also don't know that you are guaranteed 4 keycards on Day 2 so if you don't find many on the first two floors maybe the retards should open the stairs so that we can find some extras on the third fucking floor and get a net extra keycard.

One of the ways to stay alive on higher difficulties is to always make sure you have a way out. Bo and Goldfarb put in a shitton of anti-camping features and mechanics so that anybody who decides to hole up somewhere will probably get overwhelmed and die. Shit like breakable flashbangs and incendiaries are slowly making that less the case but nonetheless, you need to always secure an alternate way out when you are getting overwhelmed so that you can recover and go back in.

In Hallway Hero Day 2, that way out is the entire third floor.

Why do people open the top floor? Its so stupid. There isnt any reason to do it besides the stupid "it helps kill more cops" excuse. If you have any brains to how the spawn system works you realize its absolutely pointless and a waste of a card. No there isnt usually a card up there also the spawn chance is really low for the top floor.
