On Overkill and lower, maybe Mayhem if you want to push your luck, the damage reduction you get from interacting with stuff is handy for just going out and tanking bullets while you revive someone who walked into the middle of the street, but it's still pretty damn risky, and I'm convinced that the Muscle perk deck is a requirement for doing it without dying

I actually did some pub stealth for GO Bank and managed to do it on the 3rd try.
Before that I managed to convince people to carry all loot bags through the sewers for the sewer rats side job. That took 3 tries too.
If you have trigger happy people bring a loud saw and stockholm basic, try again if they decide to run across the lasers, and tell them to deal with phone and incoming guards (which is just standing and shooting, those pagers don't count).
