Vaporize cult banned players on the conversion attempt, leaving no evidence behind. That way the cult don't have to suddenly dispose of someone who knows about them.

Also make it still count towards the conversion obective.

Yes but there's:
* You still risked discovery to grab them
* You can't even shard them to construct like you could with a implant meanwhile you spent resources to grab that person. Especially important if you had your cult stuff stowed to avoid blowing the masquerade
* Murder noises as you weld them to death because nobody is running around with a jug of fuel
* Blood if you didn't weld them to death
* You have to properly dispose of the body and unlike other antags, that isn't put him near a fuel tank and make a welderbomb trap
* Disposing of the body risks discovery as you pass to the disposal areas
