One should remember cloning is a thing.

While I certainly agree that cold blooded murder should be perma, there's also the question of whether it did any lasting damage.

Like let's say we have an idiot engineer who fucks up at his job. Example 1 would be singuloose that nicks the station then fucks off afterward, Example 2 is just a big explosion.

In example 1, getting nommed by a Singuloth is a huge deal, but just getting ZAS'd to death isn't. The engineer might be given jailtime for his idiocy, but whether or not he gets in perma depends on whether or not people cannot be saved. As well as of course how much of the station is left.

Example 2 though is fairly simple. At worst someone got gibbed by the explosion, and you can reattach their head. A non-perma jail sentence isn't bad in that case.

Of course, all this is ignoring boinks. You murder as non-antag, you will get boinked and at best a nasty note. Which makes the entire system of security a bit pointless when it comes to non-antags. Murder is punished by "God", so whatever you do until the SMELELELELE is just basically putting them in a holding cell. I'm not saying murder should be more permissible as non-antag, I'm just saying that's how it is.

I had a vampire round once where I thralled the HoP and he was a real good sport. I kept purposefully getting seen stealing people and then transforming into a random name and appearence and getting myself added to the crew manifest with an ID for a different job from the HoP.

Songs are all mixed up, a lot of them have extended silences, a bunch are unneeded remixes.

There was a movement to add a rock playlist but it's worse than before. You can be listening to "take on me" and then follow it with "X gon' give it to ya", "Around the world", a metal remix of the sandopolis theme from sonic, "Just a friend", 34 minutes of System Shock OST (in midi), a "Daft Punk vs Kayne west" remix, "Rock the Casbah", "it's not unusual" and so on.

It needs a severe purge but nobody feels like doing it. Not to mention the subpar interface.
