You don't know that, the Summer Chest Event "Skin" that was data mined could be literally a Skin for Chests, we do know that boxes are random on opening.

The way I look at it, either the summer stuff still has a chance to drop out of the normal boxes, in which case saving them was justified, or it doesn't, in which case I just get my shards from all the dupes I'm bound to get now as opposed to over the last few weeks, and then I can just spend those shards on the summer stuff that I really want.

Another plus on hoarding for an event is that your bound to get some Stimpacks from all your Chests, and if you plan on playing during the event you might as well have those Stimpacks start when the event starts and not have them drain out a week prior.

Army of Hell is mandatory if you want to use his W at all since otherwise his W costs too much for doing almost nothing.
Infernal Globe allows team fighting.
Black Pool is the non-cheese ulti.
Hellforged Armor makes your warriors actual threats.
At 16 your choice is depends on the structure war. Demonic Smite makes it so you can have lanes push themselves if the enemy team doesn't respond fast enough. Battleborn makes it so you're more reliable at killing low health enemies.
At 20 you are also choosing based on importance. Forced Recruitment assumes your opponent still has structures up and now you can push three lanes at once with ease. Bolt of the Storm for escapes or engaging squishies. Fifth Circle is for if you badly need slows for teamfights.

As >>180894559 said, at 1 you can take Taste for Blood if you're either a pro azmo playing at GM EU level, or in a dedicated team that's helping you get stacks. Because if you don't have 200+ stacks by level 13 you're already well behind the sieging wrath Azmo.

I play both, both games are great in their own right, HOTS is good for turning your brain off and just enjoying near constant teamfights, the downside is games/fights don't feel as rewarding.

In Dota it's a lot more complex and your decisions have a lot more weight, also since you have your own level you can carry yourself and shitters if needs be, the downside is games are a lot longer and you need to invest more.

One thing I really miss from doter is the sense of an uphill siege and the danger that comes with it. In hots, when you're stronk enough to push a keep it usually feels like a victory lap where your team has to overextend to really fuck it up.
