Despite our early exit, we're the highest ranking Ro16 teams due to going out on a penalty shootout, making our final ranking 9th out of 32 (kinda better than our 31st out of 32 in VGL4) meaning we actually made it to the /vg/ team's starting 11.

Turian carapaces aren't like concrete or crab shells, they don't stop bullets or projectiles (see http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Turian § Biology).

Most likely, they're more like calloused skin: thick and tough yet somewhat malleable. Furthermore, they would likely be quite warmer, having hailed from a planet which has a higher surface temperature, meaning that they would evolve to have capillaries lining their plates in order to disperse excess heat.

This is just pure speculation on my part though. I'm no biologist nor am I a writer for ME. This is just how I think of them.

So, doing a new playthrough after a long while away. Two questions:

If I complete Virmire before Noveria, will I get grounded if I return to the Citadel? Or do I need to complete all four story missions before act three starts? It's been a while.

Second question: Does Ash and Jack have any unique comments on each other or interactions if I romanced both of them(Ash in 1 and Jack in 2 and 3)? I dont remember what missions were like, but the general rule is you should always complete the ones outside the main arc first in order to not lose them. Also always have a dialogue with the crew when you finish one.

I didn't like how weak the opposition felt in this game. The kett don't have the variety of ME1's geth; even the basic geth infantry felt like they had more varieties and weapons than than the whole kett faction. Nor do they have walking tanks/gunships/missile artillery/12-foot mini mechs/etc., nor is the average kett superhumanly strong enough to fire guns that would break the arms of normal humans/lift a heavily armored man by the neck with an outstretched arm/just jump out of their ships from hundreds of meters in the air to enter combat. They're just not very satisfying to fight and kill.
