I don't deal with her much but honestly her damage at level 1 isn't anything to fuck with. The Q proc on top of the T-Lords proc is a lot of damage. I don't think Akali is broken of anything but people downplay her a lot. Shes so good in a solo-q setting since coordination is nearly impossible and she can snowball really hard.

Also her Shroud has no counterplay at all anymore which is fucking annoying.
