Just got back into the game after a year, been having a ton of fun with Varian, he seems busted.

Quick question though, is Chromie any good? I used to play Kael'thas and she seems fun too but her abilities seem too slow to be… usable? just based on the in-store trial. Like even if you get a hard read the enemies can just see the line of fire and dodge…

there is no forced 50 but there is so much randomness when it comes to matchmaking that it's difficult to really influence games consistently

in overwatch there are 12 players in a comp match and it only really takes 1 throwing retard throwing to really cause the game to be lost. and in like 3300mmr, there is a throwing retard in about 80% of the games, so there's only so much you can do to carry the game. either the retard ends up on your team or the opposing one. the chance of him landing on the enemy team is somewhat greater though (assuming you aren't a throwing retard yourself)

New (returning from 1.0) player here, I'm guessing it's better to do unranked draft than QM if I want to do unranked games to test out heroes, rather than the too-easy AI?

Who do I ban apart from Lucio if given the option, and it's not something map-specific like Sylvanas on a map with a pushing objective?

Arrow is simply way too good, specially because you already are squishy as fuck and this talent makes you even more vulnerable, and when used correctly the arrow not only gets the kill for you, but also silence enemies

The Arrow should NEVER be used as opening, instead you should use it as finisher, a well landed arrow, or even a mediocre one on a low HP target, can win fights instantly

I can't even count the number of times I killed people trying to flee after the teamfight but the arrow got them, or how a well timed arrow in the mid of a teamfight killed my target and silenced the others

Mind Control is a free kill if your team is not retarded, but arrow is a free kill, a silencer and less team dependent
