I can't figure out how to make Zarya good. Her Q does nothing without 70% energy, building energy requires a perfect string of trades by you AND a teammate, her shields are the easiest things in the world to wait out or burst, her ult is really small, and her normal attack feels the worst out of any ranged hero I've played and it doesn't help that you can't disable autoattacks so it's constantly switching targets before you give the order.

You'll learn. Also turn on quickcast, the missiles are useless without quickcast.

It often takes new players a while but getting max value out of the orb only happens when you're in a surprise flank because you were still on your way to the teamfight when it started, or when you're sieging structures/minions/mercs. You want the orb at a good distance sure, but going for max every time is just going to fail.
I personally advise quickcast there as well, but I know some people can't stand doing that due to how important it is to know the exact size/travel-distance of the orb especially due to the fact there's a talent that modifies it.

Li-Ming is an amazing mage in the higher leagues because she explodes enemies, doesn't give a fuck about cooldowns, and has a team that makes the most out of her.
In QM and lower league play she suffers because she requires:
A front line that knows how to engage the enemy without pussy-footing about and also without suiciding
A healer who can actually pay attention to what's going on in places that the tank currently isn't
A second DPS who can help do the initial set-ups, because Li-Ming takes a while to 100-0 someone due to how long it takes for her abilities to travel or damage to tick, but once the enemies are low enough she mops them all up in explosive fashion.

I would recommend against Quick Casting on Li-Ming. If you want to hit things with the missiles it really helps to have their paths and intersection available to see. DO turn teleport quick casting on though. It's your gtfo spell and the less actions to make it work the better.

The only character that truly benefits from quick casting abilities is Kerrigan.

Thats part of the maybe, but at the same time, I don't remember hearing about a lot of fort kills in those games. The longer routes might be enough.

I'd mostly like to see more fort pressure on the map as a way to further spread the focus. Don't get me wrong, I love the team fight aspect of the map, but its WAY too cluttered for newbies, and a bit too objective heavy for pros. I feel it needs a tiny nudge towards a middle ground somehow.

You should trend above 50% until you hit your skill level. You can make the assumption you learn at the same rate as other people of your skill level.

So to use a short example: You are skill 7 out of 10

It starts you against skill 5 out of 10 players. You win. It moves you up to 6. You win again. It moves you to 7. You have a 50/50 chance to win.

If you win it moves you to 8. You then lose and the system gives you a "do over" check to see if you lost your 50/50. You stay at 8 and lose again. It drops you down to 7.

Assume you lose at 7. It does another "do over" round. Assuming you lose again, it drops you down to 6.

Elongate this out to include 10000 rankings instead of just 10. This means once you hit your actual rank, you're most likely to hit 50% win rate.

I don't think I get the point of these little items you pick up on Hanamura. The revealing coin I can see, but the turret seems pretty worthless, and I'm unsure of how the healing kit actually works.
