I went PTP with large fairy hands and this is what I ended up with. White Wolf, Bolt and Tarzan are just there in case I fall on my face and don't draw any Altered Fates. Problem is, that even with 3 altered fates, I never seem to have enough shadows to proc PTP before turn 9. In fact, I don't even reach the required 30 shadows unless I draw 2 Altered Fates through out a match.

No real need to pay. I have had 4-5 fairly competitive decks every meta since I started in January and I haven't payed a cent. Just be aware that if you don't "pay", you'll probably have to choose which classes you want to spend your vials (crafting material earned from disenchanting cards) on. Paying simply means that you'll speed up your acquisition of legendaries, but the game is already generous enough to give you a ton of packs.
There's also quite a few decks that have few to no legendaries.

You don't need to buy anything if you want to play a specific class, but if you're a fag like me who wants to play literally every single meta and meme deck in existence then I usually just do the daily deal.

Only the daily deal and prebuilts are worth it, packs too expensive otherwise.

If I liquidate some animated legendaries I could make the full cancer shadow deck but if I don't get to master with it I would be fucked for next expansion. I will have to leave it, cause I can't make a decent Elf deck without focusing around roaches. I've checked online and other decks are more or less the same. ALL OF THEM. It's like I'm taking crazy pills.

Since I don't want to seem like a total faggot, a simple fix would be to add a forest card of some type that allows you to discard X fairies for X draws. It could even be as crazy as a discard 3 fairies for 1 draw amulet. The main problem as I see it, Fairy doesn't have a way to draw better cards, yeah you get huge bulky fairy hands but never draw the vital core cards that accentuate what you're playing.

All the other classes have multiple ways to draw extra cards. Or, more cards in fairy class the manipulate the PP, as in decrease it or increase PP cost for opponent.

It isn't a good sign when you have all these cards in pic related, but only focus on 8 of them. It makes the game boring, monotonous, anti fun and anti experimental. I'm completely okay with a 50/50 win rate but if you aren't focusing on Roaches, your win rate drops to something like 20/80.

I've tried many Forest decks and forest types for the last 4 hours and nothing can beat the NPCs on elite 2 except for a Roach focused deck. There is a serious problem with this class.

Roach has never changed at its core, but dragon will get a few good legendaries to use every expansion. It may be better to wait to get dragon because if you spend vials to get the legendaries they could just be replaced next expansion.

They want forest to be a class based around chaining cheap cards for big effects, but haven't actually managed to design something that benefits from that besides roach. Which makes sense, since roach is pretty much the optimal way to do it. Why waste resources on some other combo when you can just convert it directly into damage and win?

I see that being recommended more than once, still don't get it. Unlike aggro blood in RoB, shadow does not have a 2 drop 1/3 that you want to efficiently deal with. It 1 for 1 trade every 2 or 3 drop they have, for 1 drop or 1/1 skeleton novice trooper perform the same. Unless that is a tech just for against grimnir.
