Mastema midrange is really good, if you don't brick you'll curve much harder and your 1/2s trade well in her skeletons as well as hungering horde. I haven't done torrenting in years so I know it isn't that, but there have been a few fairly major game patches this month, plus the MST3K reboot started and I've gone through 5 or 6 of those so far. Sadly probably going to go renew since it seems like the least shit of the bunch. I opened a Hoog earlier so I could try making a shitty elf deck but I don't have a good card collection and I'm pretty sure it would be ass. And succubus seems pretty straight up bad even though I have a big 'ol boner for hairy witcher succubi. And sadly I won't even use renew since it wouldn't do me any good in my cheap treb Foltest deck. Would be tolerable on Yencon or Shani, but I wouldn't want to cut Ciri or Geralt for the chance of being able to renew one of those two.

Ciri could be good. She helps win round 1 a bunch. If you can take round 1 without playing her to get extra CA then go for it, but when I played her I almost exclusively used her in round 1 just to make my opponent pass.

Overall, you just need to experiment and see what techs work best at your mmr.

The meta is not more or less bad/good than the last one. There are four decks that are top tier and maybe half a dozen that work in the high ranks, but won't get you to top 1000.

The bitchibg is because the current top tier decks are either uninteractive, self-piloting or generally annoying to play against. Combine this with the fact that this meta lasts for a month already with no end in sight before late May and you get angry people.

Completely new. I've been waiting for a good enough competitor to HS to come out for a long time now and was hoping Gwent might be it, especially with Lifecoach supporting it. Heard it was a lot more skill-based like if you became really skilled you could win against a less skilled player like 90% of the time or something. I mostly just want a really good digital CCG with a good f2p model that has a good enough IP and player base to last for a long time, and preferably not have to start it when it's shitty and just quietly keep doing my daily quests and collecting cards while hoping one day they will fix the game and it will be "fun" and "good" at some point in the future.
