The good thing about Dex+ is that it not only clears out all oxydamage, if you give them say, 5-10u of it, they will go 50-100 seconds without taking any oxygen damage, which is great if you have to perform internal bleeding/heart transplant/just need to keep someone stable for other meds to work on them.
1u gives that effect for about 10 seconds. Not very useful for much at all.

I think it's a step in the right direction, and I'm saying this even as a frequent diona player myself, who really likes the race. The rush-to-chemistry-and-chug-1000u-hyperzine-every-roundstart dance is tired, and stupid, and it needs to go. Right there with you on the sentiment.

However, why not go all the way and just make hyperzine do nothing for dionas at all, and prevent the runfast superpower from helping them either while we're at it? Not being sarcastic, I really think this is a good way to go.
