I wanted a shield bash nerf more than anyone, it was fucking obnoxious. However, he has NOTHING now. The only thing you can do is hope your opponent doesn't realize how bad Conqueror is since the nerf. Everything he has is incredibly punishable.

The only way to try to outplay people is to use full block cancels, which eat through stamina like fucking hell and will get you reported by most retards because it's "not fair".

Even though he's a defensive class, he has very little, if not any offensive options that aren't incredibly punishable. Light shield bash gets punished by Warden, Peacekeeper, Conqueror, Lawbringer, Warlord, Raider, Nobushi, Valkyrie, Berserker, Orochi, and Kensei. Shugouki is the only one that can't punish it with a dodge. His heavies are some of the slowest in the game, and eat stamina like hell. His lights are one of the only decent parts about him, but they're relatively slow and do no damage. The only upside is that at a certain range they can't be punished by heavy attacks off of light parries. Full block eats through stamina and takes way too long to come out reliably as a panic mode tool. Basically, the only decent thing has is full block cancel to trip people up that are used to Conqueror's not feinting, but even then it doesn't make is offensive options any better.
