Mahou Shoujo (MS) is not really a 4chan guild but they do communicate with dump frequently and a portion of them are 4chan posters. Only some of them have access to the dump discord. MS however tends to clear content much faster than Dump when it first comes out. I can't really tell you for sure how often they do or how easy it is to get into a run because I'm not sure but I know they do run stuff pretty fast so that might be a fit for you.

Tera could be ported to unreal engine 4 fairly easily, with some tweaks that could lead to a fix of all the issues that have plagued it since release. Normally this isn't worth the time investment, with it coming to consoles that will most likely happen. The game as it is will not run on console, it has to have major work done on it.

Keep in mind that games are not programmed from scratch and haven't been for a long time, they are made in game creation kits. Unreal engine 3 and 4 are base game engines with a UI that you put assets into, it's a game creation kit.

They can just take all the assets and stuff them into UE4 devkit for an upgraded Tera, which they do now own and are familiar with since they used it for their newest game (which runs really well).

Unreal engine is basically a more complicated version of RPG maker, for those who don't know what these game engines are.

I am currently playing from Japan and this is what I get when I don't use a USA VPN. This is the first error you can get, before logging in. Get a VPN (soft ether recommended with open gate plugin, you can find it very easily and it is free and it's literally just so you can log in) and log in. After you log in and the play button or something turns yellow disconnect your VPN and hit play like normal, you're through the IP check. it will give you another error but the game will start properly.
