Actually it is a bug, it's just hard for a normal player to do, hence why people use scripts to reliably do the bug.

You'll notice there is a spot they always stand, and they'll go back to the fountain to get mana (during which time they never use Q) and then go back to that spot before Qing again.

If it was a hack they could just stand at fountain all day and they'd probably try something else like Karthus Q, something with more DPS than Xerath's Q.

It doesn't matter what you play in bronze. For the most part if you play support you want to avoid actual supports like Thresh if you want more agency to carry.

Zyra/Brand/Karma are a good place to start there and you need a lot of games on them and only those handful of champions before you start making a difference. Maining is a good way to start for bronzies because you need to build game knowledge on those few champs to make plays, build right from ahead and behind, and understand what to do at different points in the game. Hell that might be too much for a bronze player. Just understanding roughly how to play a champ in the first place is good enough imo.

You're gonna lose a lot of games each season and if you can't deal with that you're a pussy and you're better off not playing online multiplayer.
