How do you install Project X in a pirated Final Fantasy X HD Remaster installation?

Last time I uninstalled the game because I couldn't stand Tidus' English voice acting since I was unable to get the mod to work. And apparently this is one of those cases where the author was serious about "this doesn't work in pirated copies".

While Draw Fire is easier to max, Gaia Cross gives a little bit of damage, though not too much since it's likely Golbez will be in the back row. You shouldn't need too many charges regardless, the fight shouldn't really last that long, plus Golbez reapplies a higher draw fire when he does Twin Moons.

Since you're only using them for the buff there is no real difference between Draw Fire and Gaia's Cross. Gaia's Cross can deal some damage, but unfortunately Golbez's large biceps carry his magical power and are not great for physical excursion.

As for filling out the party, I'd say that's someone dependant on the fight, but the common mainstay's are Onion Knight for his buff and full break and Y'shtola for Wall and heals. But those of course are good parts of any party.

If you're looking for something specific for Golbez, anyone with a dark imperil will help with that soul gauge sustain issue I told you of before. My only Dark Imperil is Garland's unique. You may see me pair the two sometimes in multiplayer if we have healing and hastega covered.

I know Support 5* is the priority, but is there anything on OK's grind not worth getting or should I try to fully dive him since he's one of my most commonly used characters?

If you use him constantly then moting him max will give him that much more variety. The only one I'd consider not as important is Combat since there's a lot of better pure combat choices and the only reason you;d want that is for Lifesiphon.

If you have onion burst, his cmd 2 is all the magical power you'll need and if you're building for physical his cmd 1 gives you everything you'd want from 5* Celerity.

Get 5* Support and 5* White for back up heals/proshellga. 5* Combat if you really wanna build him that way and use cmd 1 into Full Charge, but otherwise keep your motes.

I can't remember 100% now, but I think what I did was to follow the "Smart Way" install route, which required you to download a program made by the author to install the mod. But the program wasn't recognizing my game, the Install button was greyed out.

I rage uninstalled the game and deleted it because of that (bad idea). I don't know if by manually installing the mod it would have worked.

I've been wanting to do a Record Keeper-themed run. Everyone uses the job RK gives them.
Bartz: Mystic Knight (with a touch of Knight to use the maxed out Brave Blade)
Lenna: White Mage (maybe a splash of Time Mage since her Hastega relic is on nearly every V banner?)
Galuf: Monk all day erryday.
Faris: Some combination of Thief, Ranger, and Dancer. (Can you use Dance with a bow? Don't think I ever tried that before, but doing Sword Dance with an Artemis Bow would be pretty hilarious.)
Krile: Eschew the inherited Monk skills and just go Black Mage/Summoner.

Very balanced party, actually. Would be a really simple run. Keeping the Brave Blade maxed means slogging through some unpleasant random encounters in certain areas (like Exdeath's castle in particular) but also means the party can get slightly overleveled without actually grinding.

Does Onion Knight need to be in the party to get the onion motes?

In math there are two distinct ideas, permutations and combinations.
You use permutations (the first anon's method) with ordinal data (data where order matters). You use combinations with nominal data (data where it doesn't).

Here n is the number of combinations, and r is the group size.
The formulas are pretty similar. For a permutation, it's n! divided by (n-r!), which gives the same result as anon got.
For a combination, just dividing this number by r! is enough, but you can calculate it separately by doing n! divided by (r!*(n-r)!)

It's seriously one of the best in the series, at least as far as battlesystems and gameplay mechanics go.

Storywise it's a little retarded, but admittedly everyone after V is way too serious in tone, so it's refreshing after playing a lot of the newer ones.

FJF though pretty much ensures that the game has infinite replay value, which I think is kinda rare in JRPGs

The problem with Minfillia is that Ultra Spark's -15% attack debuff overwrites her 50% boost, which is why physical clears are few in number. Though, that said, using her with good timing can lead to some poewrful phsyical OSB casts.

Otherwise Snow's boosted stats are probbably the way to go.

Actually, as far as some of them go it's better to just try to unlock them as you go through uncleared dungeons. Anything you can auto through. The only ones actively worth going after are mako might, dr.mog's teachings, and maybe battleforged/ace striker. It can also be nice to get one of the mage attack ones like Vivi's single target ruin RM that can let your mages go through dungeons easier.

Basically the single ability cards are just specialized. Hermes at 5* will last longer, shorter cooldown, and cost less to use. Meanwhile a card with two abilities in one (Like Cidney) will last like 3 turns max. That is if you can even get it to 5* considering they're usually fast learner cards I think.
